Well Vegas was a while ago so i will pretty much sum it up quickly.

The good

- Took tons of pic with porns stars. Most of which i cant post pics because it could be a little too dirty mainly the background of the pics.

- Met the famous AC Barone. Great guy love him alot.

- Ate tons of food while i was there!

- Eric ordered the best Ruben i ever had in the world. (I wish i took a pic of it)

-Watch Fender Melt and blow up on a 4/8 game at the Venetian. This was EPIC which may deserve its own posting!!!!!!!!!!!

The BAD...............

- Took a ass beating at the forums games. Lost to Shifty, AC, Reb, Shabba, and Eric.

- Took a ass beating at 8/16. Boy talk about running into coolers. Looking at you nick and eric.

- waited to long to book our rooms that we stayed at NYNY. (Nice place i like it alot but were had to walk about 45 min day and night to meet up with the guys.)

-Started to run good at 4/8 till the group join my table and i took a 300 dollar nose dive into my stack before i walk away.

So over all poker lost for this trip i think i can sum it up to about............ -$1800.
Pretty bad but not as bad as some of the other players.

So it's been a while again since I last posted. I have tons to talk about and not enough time to say it all. Since the last post I ve been to Vegas with the 67crowd for the poker and porn convention trip. I have pics to post about that trip. But that will be in another blog. Which hopefully I can come back to and write. But this is mainly about what's happen the last few months. I've been back to playing online poker again. I've signed up for rakeback on fulltilt so it hasn't been too bad. I've went away from my sit n go and straight to nl poker on rush. Pretty much meaning I get move to a new table every time I fold my hand. Which is cool. I think that was a big difference maker for me. From live to online I get so bored online I lose my concentration alot and I start playing every hand but with rush I fold and get a new hand every time I hit the fold button and I can see a new hand with new players that don't now my playing style.

When I played on stars I did ok on my sit in go's. I would make the money I would think 4/5 times I played. Whether it was 6 mam or full ring. But I wanted to make money quick and I jumped up too fast. I started playing $16 sng and at first I came in first in my first 4 nine seated sng I played. I thought wow this is just too easy, and started playing 4 tables. Then the down swing would happen. I couldn't win my next 15 sng I played @ 16 a game. I started to get frustrated. All my big hands where losing to suited low connectors and I sat their wondering what are they doing calling my preflop raise with those cards!!!! To clear my frustration I would sit in a .50/1 limit Holden game. And lose in that too. It was frustrating. That's when I decided with all the online poker I have been playing I am stupid not to get rake back fr all this. So I got it on tilt.

Now that I'm on full tilt it's a different game. I've run good and then turn around and run bad. But now have made about $120 on rake alone which is great. It makes up for my sloppy nl plays. Now all I need is a hem or a HUD to keep track of my plays. I'm hoping it would help me find my leaks on my nl plays. I know I play A little tight for that game and I can't seem to lay down those big pairs on a low flight with the player shoving all in. Obv they flopped a set but I still have to see it.

Also I am back playing at Cache creek again. The game is so good that I need to invest on driving a hour there compare to 10 min to my local card room. Pots are huge and the players are calling with second pair alot. So I really need to take advantage of these players. I have gone 3 times now and my out come has been like this.

- trip one: $260
- Trip two: $60
- Trip three $-100

it may not look good but the potentials is there to take advantage of. I just got to beat the image I have. The Asian poker player image. It's awesome but yet hard to beat. Nik and Tony hear me complain about it alot but it's true that alot of player don't respect the raise and like to call me with any two cards. I just have to duck and weave alot because of it. I get alot of runner runner two pair, trips, or flush alot on me and all I hear is oh I know you raise with ak you miss and I hit. No I am raising you with any two cards and you can't expect me to be only holding ak every single time I raise. Or the fact that I am Asian they think oh he raising with crap card I can draw out on him easily. Oh well I just got to accommodate and take advantage of players junking like this.

Well that's it for now I will be playing catch up on my posting so hopefully I can catch up with everything.

Capital Casino 11/12 and some random thoughts.

So........... Santi and Fender is at AC right now with the rest of the CardPlayer/67suited peeps. This I think is the first major poker trip that i have missed. It sucks really, I couldn't get the time off from my second job at raleys. It would have been perfect with the State job but Raleys is being difficult. Also i guess its a good thing i am not going either, because I had to loan some money out to a friend to get things in gear for his business. Oh well it wasn't meant to be.

So when I got off from Raleys I was debating a bit on weather or not to go play at Cap. My mind is kind of clouded right now with a million things happening. Usually that's not a good sign to go play. But once it hit 1am i was bored out of my mind and decided to go up to Cap.

Well 2 & 1/2 hours of play and i came up $206 for the evening. I think i was at 300 at the highest before getting busted on some hands.

It started off a little slow for me. I was getting some big hands but missing the flop. Also my table was a good calling station table. Except for the crazy momma that raises everything. I was hoping to capitalize this table. I had to do a re buy when a couple big hands came up.

First big hand was AK suited hearts on the bb. There were 6 callers and I raised it. Flop came K103 two clubs. I bet out and it gets called around. The turn was a Ace of diamonds and i bet out and it gets raised with one caller and me calling his raise. The river was a even crappier Qs making a 4 card to the straight showing. I check thinking depending on what happen this may be a call down. But it went check check and it was me to show first. I showed top two and the other two players mucked their cards. I was pretty much in awe...... Wasn't sure what was happening but i take a pot any day they want me to take.

The very next hand I get on the sb was pocket 4. The table is now 7 handed and its get called all around and back to the bb who raises it. Everyone calls and i am praying please let there be a 4 on the flop! The flop came 848 with 2 diamonds. BOOM!!!! YES!!!! I FLOPPED THE BOAT! So i checked thinking the bb will cbet but he didn't he just checked also. Oops maybe i should have lead out there. But lucky for me the player on seat 7 bets momma calls seat 9 raise, seat two cold call 2 bets and its back to me which i reraise a fold and back to the initial player that bet out that caps it. wow 5 players capped flop. The turn was a 6c and i bet out, the player on seat 7 raises momma goes all in seat nine calls seat 2 goes all in back to me i reraise and it went call call. Two players all in and now its me against two other players. River was Jd and momma says i love you baby. I was like ohoh i guess i am getting the side pot. I bet out and it went call call. Player on seat nine says full house is good and i show my pocket 44 and he shows 58 for trips, momma shows ace high flush, guy on seat two shows k high flush, and the raiser shows a turned straight. I took down a massive pot. I did a over tip which is always bad but with this pot it was close to 280 and i tipped Andy 6 bucks for this hand. Because with this pot, i am back to the positive and have over positive 250 in front.

After this hand i pretty much went card dead and the table broke. I joined the other table And played a few hands before leaving. One interesting hand at the new table was this:

K10 diamonds on the button. There was 6 limper's and i debated should i raise or just limp in because it looks like its going to be a family pot. I just limped and it was 9 handed to the flop which came 1094. it checked around to me and i bet it out. I get a couple callers and its 4 to the turn. The turn was 5 checked to me and i bet out and it was fold call and raise. I was like wow check raise? two pairs? top two? i called and one other player called and the river was a 8 even uglier card. 67 would have gotten there. First player check the check raiser bets out normally i would have folded but i saw the other player ready to fold his hand so i made the crying call knowing that the other person would fold which he did. So the check raiser said i have two pairs. I waited for him to show before mucking my cards. He turn it over and he showed 58 off. I took a double take and was like running two pairs? bluff check raise on the turn? he said yeah i know you, you only play ak all the time. So i had the best hand on the turn either way. Another player laughed he was a regular that plays every night too and said, this guy don't bluff (pointing at me) if he bets he almost always has the best hand on the flop. And he don't limp in ak like you do. hahahahahaha you don't know him he either had a10 or k 10. I seen him raise a10 before so its has to be k10 and i bet its suited!!! I was like oh wow!!! ummm he must been taking his notes on me all this time! I guess i need to really start paying more attention to some of these regular Asian poker players. They really either do take great mental notes or they just remember the fat Asian kid. I wonder which?
So that pretty much summed up my night at cap.

I will blog more but a quick update, it was a hard night. A lot of fish playing every hand but i missed all my draws and couldnt take advantage of my table.

Over all night + $25 only, i was up 140 at one point but one big loss drove me back down.

Ok i am back To talk about the evening. Pretty much when i got to Cap i was one of two asians. I didnt recognize any of the players so i thought maybe i loosen up my range and make it look like a typical donk. Why that didnt go to well because when i limp in everyone limp in and when i wasnt in a hand no one really played and when i raised everyone folded. So i decided forget this i am playing to many wide range and go back to normal superdonk poker playing.

Which seem like a good time too because i had to do a rebuy and three asian fish joined my table from a broken table. Well they played every hand and never folded. I saw them go from a rack to maybe 3 rack each. While i sat there folding or missing my draws and missing all my flops with preflop raise.

I finally get a big hand against a Asian momma that didn't like me to much for some reason. I'm under the gun with kk on a kill pot. I limp and i see two player limp in also when it get to momma on the big blind. She raises and i go bing!!! Back to me and i 3 bet and the other two callers also calls and momma caps it. Flop comes k98 with 2 clubs. Momma bets out and normally with two player behind me i may just call and raise the turn but with two clubs and a possible straight draw i didn't like it too much. So i raised. The player to my right was about to call but decided to muck her hand because of my raise and the other player throws away too. Mamma calls. Turn com and its a 9 so i have my boat. Momma check i bet she call. River was a blank she check i bet she calls and i show my boat and she shows he pocket aces. Aces crack sorry.

Other than that hand all my other hands were standard plays. I missed alot of draws and my raises meant nothing to the fishes as they all called and i completely whiffed the flop and turn. I decided to leave when two of the big fish racked up and left.

Oh one hand i wanted to say was Sam the ugly dealer was dealing and he did a funky throw to me where the card just flipped and it was a 8 of club and i looked at the other card it was a 8spade. I was like great. On the button and i could have gotten pocket 88. I get a 3 instead and i throw my cards away. Well you know where i am going here. Guess what come on the flop. Yup not one but both red 88 came out. Quads could have been all me but either way it wasn't high hand and who know maybe i wouldn't have gotten any action at all against the fish...... Yeah right..... I was erked to no end.

Well its been a while since i walked into Cap and now i am sporting some glasses that will help me see the board finally. Well I pretty much nothing has changed but i was hoping players wouldnt recongize me because its starting to feel that they know i am actually a pretty sold player not one of those typical asian that play every hand. But that didnt work because some of the regulars recongnized me and kind of kill my action. But oh well i am perfectly happy stealing blinds all night.

Ok so with this blog I'm not going to talk about standard plays just ones that i thought was interesting or the one i know i played wrong and just wanted to talk it out. So with that said...... I walked into cap and i was sent to the paigow room for the 4/8 game. No 6/12 which sucks. So as i sit down a the lady on seat 4 want to move to seat 5 the middle spot which i was glad to give her. So the very first hand i get delt with i see pocket kings. I was like weeeeee here we go. Seat one limps seat 3 limps i raised a couple callers and seat one reraised. oh oh is this the ol limp and reraise if the some one raised per flop? Well it comes back to me and i cap it and it becomes 3 to the flop. The flop comes j93 and seat one bets and i raised and he calls and we are heads up. the turn was a 4 and he check i bet he calls. River was 9 which i think is harmless, so he checks i bet he calls and i show my kings and he shows pocket AA. whoops! first hand and i get slaughtered . Well not really since i think i lost the min on this. but all this tells me is welcome back superdonk! Your back at capital casino again!

The other had i want to talk about is J9spades on the BB and its a kill pot. This was about the 4th kill pot for the night but i notice when ever its a kill pot everyone limped in and to see a flop. Well to me this is a good hand i also called so its a family pot and the flop comes 10s 7s 5 s. BOOM i flops the flush and really a gutty to a straight flush. Sb checks i bet and i get a couple callers and the sb called also. The turn comes a red 10. pairing the board. Sb bets and i raised trying to see where i am at on this hand. And the two other callers folded but the sb called and now we are heads up. The river was a red 7. Great not if he had a 10 he made a boat or even if he had a 7 he still has a boat. All i am beating right now is a bluff. Sb bets and i tank for like a min. The pots huge but man there is nothing I can beat! Pot size says call but its a kill and its 16 more to me and i just don't see anything i am beating so i laid it down. Then he preceded to show his hand and he had 52 off suit for a pair of 5 but pretty much it means he was playing the board with a 5 kicker. I was shelled shocked. He made me lay down the flush and he had nothing but a bluff. Pretty mush this guy caught the perfect two cards that made my lay down the winner. And that was pair the board on the turn and pairing the other card on the river. I am not saying he played it perfect because it comes down to his horrible flop call with bottom pair with out a flush draw. But i was amazed the way he did played it and it worked out for him. Nice hand nice hand.

So pretty much for the evening i cashed out $370 for the night. Not a bad way to come back to poker.

Well as you can see, its been a while since i last blogged. Well it pretty much come down to if i am not playing I am not blogging. As you can see fron the date of the last blog its been a good 4 months since i have played poker. Its actually a very good feeling too. It was a nice little break and in between that time I have been working, traveling to New York and Chicago. Maybe i will post some pics of the trip and maybe i wont. Now that i have said that. What made me decide to go play again since i went cold turkey and turn off poker for all that time? I'm not really sure myself maybe i felt a little happy and I felt maybe a little luck was on my side to go play. Meaning i hanged out with a person I like alot and i felt all happy and giddy which made me want to play. Well with that said time to blog about some poker!

Capital Casino 6/20

Just a quick trip report because I still have to blog about my Vegas trip. But i went on God mode finally. It was pretty sick. Maybe it was just the seat or it was the perfect table. Because there was alot of players to the flop and my hands were holding. I dodge all the outs people were drawing to. It was quite sickening. Also the best part is Ace crack is back for the spin. People are gambling more with any suited connector cards because the big Jackpot is at 100,000. So they are seeing more players now that are just there to try to hit Jackpot. Pots were huge people wouldn't lay down hands, Twice i saw straight flush hit and people were not laying down 3rd best flushes to a raise reraise and cap on the river no less. That just made it a great table if your holding the nuts.I will post pics of my stack a little later plus some basic hand history.

4/8kill = +59 (3 hours)
6/12 = + 1160 (2 hours)
Total of + 1219 for about 5 hours of play.

After my first 3 hands won.

When i was all done racking up. Would have had a complete 7th rack if we didnt decide to mess around for the last hand.

THis is going to be a combine trip report because I getting tired.

Woke up and had Buffet at the Mirage with May and Jwong. It was actually pretty good. I would rank this as one of the better buffets. Afterwards played some 10/20 and still lost. Played some 4/8 and lost at the Vienitian and the Beligio.

Sat poker lost may be summed up to a total of 4-500 for the day.

Sun I decided to just stick to 4/8 and we went to the wynn to play. That when every thing came together. I ended out cashing out for about 440 on the 4/8 game

Afterwards We played some 27 hammer game at the mirage which i made another 240 at the table.

so sunday 4/8 game came out to be about +700 day.

Vegas Day Two Friday.

Woke up by a phone call by May telling me they were going to eat at BLT for lunch. I had a awesome Kobe burger with a fried egg on it. Yum Yum. Afterwards I checked out the 10/20 game at the Mirage. I thought I saw a good table to sit in and i sat down to the worst beats I can run into.

Quick hand history
aa loses to 67. flop was q 6 2 turn 9 river 7. He stuck around to catch two pairs on me what a soul read he said he put me on AK

Next big hand was AK loss to q10, 4 to the flop after i raise on the button. flop come k 8 2 Check to me i bet all called. Turn was 9 check to me i bet all called. river J person bets into me fold fold and i made the call. He showed his runner runner straight. Awesome.

After a few more orbits I was down close to 400 and I decided to get out of the table. I played for about 3 hours and was either card dead or just couldn't hold with any big hands. I left and decided to join Nick and the rest of the crew at Beligio. When I got there they were all ready to leave to go eat somewhere. So we went to Trevi a good pasta place to eat. Love the food there.

Afterwards we went to Mirage poker room and I sat down on another 10/20 session and the guys were planning to start a horse game at 10pm.

Drop another 200 on the 10/20 game Just ran bad.

Cant really remember much hand now but it was pretty standard plays by me and i didn't run good. left the game when I saw it was getting close to the start of the Horse game when Shifty says Jerry Buss is going to Join our HORSE game. I was like no fucking way. Well jerry did join us on our game and he had a awesome looking Asian girl sitting right behind him.

Here a excerpt from Nik blog since i am too lazy to write this out.

So long story short, Jerry played a complete rotation of Horse with us, and I think we got him for about $150, and only cause he ran kinda crappy in Razz. Everything else he seemed to play seriously, and it was pretty obv the dude just plays to win. We all made small talk for awhile, until sometime in the O8 section of the game a tiny, smoking hot asian girl in a Lakers shirt started sweating him. After that he just kinda ignored us. During the Stud8 (last game) rotation, Shabba walked in with a couple girls from his work (hot) and started introducing us to his friends. "That's Nik, Tony, Tommy, Dennis, Ryan, the owner of the Lakers..."

Everyone, including Jerry, laughed really hard at that. Good times, probably the highlight of the trip.

One other thing i can really remember about this game was Jerry actually pump fake me in the Razz hand i believe. It was kind of funny because i got all excited when he looked like he was going to raise me but decided to fold his hand.

Afterwards I met up with the two work girls and had drinks and went to the Revolution club at the Mirage.

Vegas Day One

Well I arrived at the airport 20 min before boarding. I actually for the first time got a B boarding for Southwest. I always seem to get C30 or worst. But this time I got B29 which pretty much guarantee me a seat at the window. Everyone boarded pretty fast till they announced they had a special guest that required extra time to seat. It was a disabled person and it took a while to get him loaded in. When the plane landed it was pretty much the same everyone wanted to let him out first because the flight was actually quite hard for him. So the first few people got out and they allow the airport staff to assist the person out. Which took about 30 min or so but now it was pretty much over an hour late now. When i got to the hotel i tried to do the 20 dollar tip trick to upgrade my room to a nicer one and it worked like a charm! I was very happy with the room i received. I meet up with Nik and Tony and we walked over to the Beligio poker room. That's where i met up with pika and Deuce. After a couple hours of standing around, couple of my coworkers arrived in Vegas and i decided to grab lunch with them. We went to Cafe Babba Reba or something like that for tiapia's. It was good stuff but the portions has changed. We did a little shopping at the Fashion outlet and we chilling to dinner which was at 745 at Mesa Grill. I took a little short nap and met everyone at the Mirage sports book and walked over to Mesa Grill. The Tuna Steak was to die for it was awesome. Even more awesome was the Pesto Mashed potato. Afterwards we went to the Rio to watch Shifty in the world series 1500nl event. Saw some famous poker player and decided to take of to the Mirage with Fender Shabba deuce and pika. After watch a hirlious heads up match with Shabba and deuce, we got to Mirage and i joined the 10/20 game. It was pretty much a bad table selection. Everyone was gunning for 2 players that played every hand. I pretty much was the one that seemed to donate my chips to the two chip dumpers. After being down 2 stacks Santi shows up and ask how is the table i pretty much tell him it sucks ass and i think i am done. As i was talking to him the game breaks. Oh well.... the next thing I know is its off to the Carnegie deli. Afterwards it was off to the room to catch some sleep.

Well the Vegas trip came and gone and I will be posting what happen and how I ran during the trip. I'm still running awful. Out of the 4 days there I ran horrible at 10/20 and 4/8 in til my last full day there were i decided just to play 4/8 only and i ended up a winner that day. Sucks, it would have been nice to run good at the 10/20 game instead. But i must say the high light of the trip was playing HORSE with Dr. Jerry Buss. It was good times.

This is my story of tilting at Capital Casino Tonight.

Well When I got home I expected to go hang out with a certain someone. So I waited for the call. I fell asleep and when I woke up my phone was ringing. It was the phone call I was waiting for. But as most of you may know....... someone had canceled out on me. It was 730pm now. I had slept for 3 hours and i am wide awake. So i thought i give the Santi a call to grab food and to moan groan about getting dissed again by this person. But i didn't get a call back so i went to Capital. Well I sat right into the 6/12 game and it was going pretty well. It was up and down at first and I had to do a rebuy and after a couple of hours i was up almost a rack. Till a Loas player sat down on seat nine.

Lately I have been taking beats in stride, its going to happen and theres nothing much you can do about it but say nice hand and move on. But tonight was a little different.
First hand that started it. BB pocket jj. Got called by 3 players and i raised it up and it got called around. Flop comes 10 8 2 rainbow. I bet out and gets called around till it hit seat 9 he raised it. I rerasied back both players called and he caps it. Turn 3 two hearts on board but i am not too worried. I bet out and it went fold fold and seat nine raise. I was like man ok two pairs this sucks and i called. river was a 6 and i check he bets and i called. He says this " I have the sign off the beast." Huh??? He shows Pocket 66 and said look AK no good. I was like wow..... ok no problem.

Then came the very next hand, sb and i see pocket kk. A couple callers and seat nine said the magic words i want to be the killer i raise. Well Back to me and I three bet it and it gets cap 3 players to the flop. Flop come a K103 with two diamonds and a club. I flop top set, now all i need to do is pair the board and i Know i will be good. I bet next player folds seat nine said I am hot i way ahead raised. Bing!!! I love it I three bet him and he caps it! Turn comes 7c still a good looking turn. I bet he raise and said I'm going to get high hand i know it raise. I three bet him back knowing it looks like i need to fade some diamonds and maybe a straight draw and straight flush draw. I am thinking man this guy has too many outs pair the board please! He calls and the river comes 2c. I think man that has to be my money card diamond didn't hit and i don't see a straight there at all. I bet out and he say raise. I looked again and was like huh no fucking way club draw? what??? i called and he shows 64clubs. I was pretty damn near in shock. He went runner runner for his flush draw.

Kill pot now and I am on the button. I looked down and see AHKH. it folds and seat 9 raises and say lets make it 4 in a row! seat one calls and i pop it up 3 bets. Seat nine says oh steaming huh.... lets cap it. Seat one call and i call. Flop comes AK6 rainbow. seat nine bets out seat one folds and i said raise. He calls. Turn came 6. He leads out on me and i raised it up again and he calls. I am thinking i am either way ahead or way behind. River q. he checks I bet and he says raise. I was shitting in my pants don't tell me i just fell for all of his trap and he flopped a set and turn the boat on me. I called and he says boat! I looked and he had pocket qq for the river full house. PUKE!!!!!! You have got to be kidding!!! I mean i know you cant fold that hand but if anything that's a call down hand with a flop of AK on the board. FUCK ME!!!!!!

Right now i was on semi tilt. I just ran bad and this donkey ass is getting lucky on me. No problem. A couple hands pass and i get pocket QQ It was limped around and i raised it up. Seat nine looks and said the magic words wait seat two raise? oh man steam raising again buddy? I call. 6 to the flop and it comes j33. Checks to me and i bet and all called. Turn was 10 Checks to me I bet and people started folding but seat nine called and said im going to check raise the river. SO don't bet i warned you. River 9. He checks and stupid me i still bet out. He says raise and i called. I said trip 3 are good. He says nope i don't have trips at all. He shows 78 for the runner runner straight. Then he goes off on I told you not to bet but greedy players like you think you hold the best hand when you don't and all your doing is donating me all your chips. Thanks. I just kinda stared in awww...... Sam the dealer (ugly Sam) said quiet no criticizing the player. Keep your comments to your self. Seat nine was like hey its cool man just trying to teach the boy how to play. BING...........Tilt factor on high..........

All in my head was keep cool... fuck this guy play your game..... if Santi see you like this what will he say? Get the fuck out of the table if you cant handle the swings.
So i chilled and folded a few hands till I was under the gun and looked down ans see AA one red one black. I open raised and thought no problem I most likey steal the blinds i be happy. But once it got to seat nine he looked at me and said raise again huh. I call. sb called and bb called. 4 to the flop. I called. River pairs the 2. I checked seat nine bets i called. I was hoping i rivered a better two pairs on him. He says Nice call i missed my straight and show just a ace at me. Sam was like show two cards to win and he just held his card showing the ace. I flipped my cards showing my aces and then he dropped his card to the table and spread his other card out showing what his other card was...... it was 2. For runner runner trips.... (DING.....TILT COMMENCING)

All that came out of my mouth was this. WTF!!! WHY YOU SLOW ROLLING FOR. I fucking called just show your cards don't pulled this fucking slow roll crap..... Sam started to say calm down calm down. I was like don't fucking slow roll man. Sam said something to me in Chinese because obviously the other player was a older Loas or some 3rd world asain country guy so i know he wasn't talking to him. All i said was fuck him in Chinese and Sam said in chinese its ok its ok take a break. I got up and sat in the lounge for a bit. I fucking tilted. I sat their all potty and shiet. I ordered some food and ate. They called my name a couple time saying 3rd miss blind but i was like fuck this. I finished eating and went to the cage to cash out what chips i had left. Which was like 60 bucks.

I took a lost of 340 tonight.

My Run in with J C Tran!

It was Friday night and i was on the 6/12 table. I was on seat one and Santi was on seat two. His buddy on seat three said this out loud. " Hey we have a celebrity in the house!" (Well something close to this i think is what he said) As i looked over it was JC Tran. Sacramento own poker celebrity. Winner of a WPT event and WSOP bracelet plus many final tables of many different events. Santi joked around and said hey don't you know that guy? I thought you went to high school with him. I corrected him and said no it was Jr. High and High school. He walk through the room and then disappeared. Santi said something like why don't you go say hi or something like that.

I thought man its been like a year since i last saw him. Will he still remember me? Has fame and fortune changed him? or is he still the same o guy from high school? About a hour goes buy and he comes walking back to the room and he hops onto the 5/10 no limit table with a rack. I see him joking around with the guys on the table saying if its ok for him to take this seat before he starts taking everyone money.

Well the table breaks and It doesn't take me long to cash out. While the Santi was cashing out i decided well here goes lets see what he says. So i walked over to him and he was talking to the owner of cap that was sitting next to him on seat 8. Then i called him by the name I always knew him by. Which I wont say, he turns around and say's who the FUCK ARE YOU!!!! I was like a humble fan looking to get a autograph and a picture with you.

J/K he turns around and says whats up Super Donk! we chit chatted a bit and all along Santi was standing right behind me and it didnt dawn on me to introduce him to JC. Even though I was pretty sure i have over a year ago. It was around the last time i saw him at the Cap and the santi was there. But he says he has been taking a break from the tour and resting up before the WSOP. He planning on playing alot more events this year since he learned how to play O8 and other games. He even said to look him up when i am there during the Card player/67 suited vegas trip in June.
I was like cool cool. Told him good luck and let him continue to play his game.

That was my experience with meeting JC Tran. Just wanted to let you all know.

Bad Run at the Capital 05/15

Well it was bound to happen, My good run over at Cap came to a crashing halt. More like i drove right into a brick wall. Nothing held, every hand i held was crushed. Lots of kill pot destroyed me. Even started to play and fold hands just because some one raise me out of the hand. (Santi I'm looking at you!) Usually when that happens its time to get out of the table. It means I'm letting it effect my game just because of variance.

Not going to say any hands since everything was destroyed and I took a nice 2 day break of just sleep and relax to get everything out of my head.

Over all Weekend Lost.

Well I was at training today and we got let out early so i decided to head down to Cap for some fun filled action. I call the Santi and told him my plans and he said he will meet up with me over there. When I got there I placed my name on the list and withing 5 min they opened up a new table in the Pai Gow room. The table was a little nitty with some solid players. To my right was Davin and across the table was Felize a very good 4/8 player when he wants to be. Also Raz was joining my table too. So its a game that i cant take too lightly. After a few hands where i missed the flop completely I get my first winning hand.

It went pretty standard.

68 off on the big blind and about 5 players to the flop.

Flop comes 664 with two diamonds.

sb check i bet it out and get called by 3 players. Turn was j, I bet and it went call call and call. River paired the 4 so i pretty sure the worst thing that could happen is i chop the pot with someone. I bet and 2 players called and i showed my hand and it was good!

After that the Santi joined the table and everything was pretty standard.

Well I was bored and decided to go back to cap knowing I won't be able to play for a while after this trip. I got into a crazy 4/8 game. Never had much hands hold and when I got called over to the 612 game I was down. I played pretty standard but couldn't get any hands to hold.

But once on the 6/12 my hands were holding. Two hands to talk about really. First hand Q10 hearts on the sb. Super aggro player running hot raise like usual about 5 players to the flop. Flop comes 2J9 rainbow with one heart. I check and it goes bb bets, call, fold, aggro raise, I reraise bb caps it all call. Turn was 5 heart giving me the flush and straight draw. I bet out call fold aggro says I got a flush draw I raise. This is where I not sure to 3bet or call because I'm still not beating anything. I called bbcalls. River was 8clubs giving me the nut straight. I lead out bb calls and aggro says I fold my pocket kk which I knew was a lie. I showed and took down a nice pot.

OK after a hour on the 6/12 game i was getting hungry and i text the santi to see if he wanted to go and eat before he goes into work. He says to meet at the usual spot at 8:20, I decided 8:00 would be a perfect time to leave. Pretty much the table gone fishing against the one spew tard that raising every hand but is some how holding up with any two cards that he plays. At this point I have 2 racks and a stack and a half in front of me. It was my last hand and Tim was dealing. I'm under the gun and i looked down to see two red Kings, I looked at Tim and thought what a punk he give me this of all hands on a kill pot and this was my last hand i was planning on playing. So i limped in and it goes call, call, fold, maniac raise (which i knew he was going to since he raise every hand for like the last 10 hands) Hot Asian momma I forget her name again ( I'm thinking Emily) Raj fold, sb fold, bb folds, back to me i raise, call, call, manic caps it, Emily calls and we all call. Flop comes 10s, 2s, 3d. I'm first to act and I lead out, call, call, manic raise, Emily call, I reraise, call, call, maniac caps, Emily call, everyone else call. I'm thinking i know i have the best hand i need to dodge a spade. Turn comes qs. The flush gets there and i am disgusted I am thinking all i can do know is just call down. I check, check, check, maniac bets and Emily raises. I looked at Emily and stare at her knowing she can make this play, trying to represent that she has the flush. As I stared at her she just did a quick head nod to me which i never seen her do before to me. Pretty much indicating to me to lay it down that she has the best hand even though she must put me on a monster hand like Aces or kings. I just shake my head and fold Tim takes my card and shakes at me pretty much telling me good lay down. I decided to stay and see how this ends up. It gets called and called by the next two players and maniac calls. River was Kc hitting my set, but the flush is out there and also two goofy straights like AJ or J9. I'm thinking well its a good lay down no way i am good. The betting goes check, check, maniac checks, Emily bets, call call and maniac folds and says i am laying down my aces and just show one ace only. Emily flips her card and show pocket 2 for a flop set i was shit out surprised. I looked at the next two players that called thinking one of them must have hit their flush!!!! But they both folded. All i could do was smile and walk away in tears. Just knowing I made the right fold. I just would have just happen to have hit my one outer because a Kspade would have been no good to me either way. Emily played it perfect and she hit her perfect card that she needed to on the flop. SICKNESS in my opinion calling 24 chips with pocket 2. But it paid off for her. So i left that game up 40 for the trip when before that hand I was up +130 or so.

Capital Casino Mothers Day War!!

I will keep this super short.
I was in a 4/8 battle that was to die for.
Pots that were 200 plus almost everyhand. Plenty of fish hitting hands and chips moving everywhich way. It was a war. After 5 hands I knew I needed to buy in for more. I normally just buy in a rack but this time after seeing alot of people with a wall of chips I thought i better buy in for more. Which I did for 200 more for a total of 300 in front of me.

Hands to come. I took alot of beating and i dished out some beat downs. I was never more than 200 up but i sure was down 200+ alot. It was a hard hit battle that I just couldnt leave the game till the last of the big fish left. I may not know how much they bought in for or what not. But it seem each one when they left racked up for about 500 to 600 each. It made me cry when they left. But once they did. I came up a little up.

Capital Casino 5/9 SUPERDONK BDAY

Well I am going to keep this short because its late and i have to work in the morning. But thank You for all those who came out for my birthday. It was cheesecake factory and then to Hanger 17 afterwards a trip to the Park for some clubbing good time and then to the truck stop. After wards once I woke up I went to Capital Casino to meet up Fender and the Santi.

Over all 6/12= +300 for the day.

OK i am back but a problem just arrived. I cant really remember much hands at all to talk about. So i will talk about one hand that i played like a nit. AK I think i was bb or maybe sb. But pretty much i raised and it was like 3 or maybe 4 players to the flop. Flop came AJ8 and i bet out and the player next to me raised. For some odd unknown reason something told me A8 was what he was holding so i just called his raise. Normally this is a easy raise and calling a cap and lead out the turn and go from there if he continue to raise me or what not. But I just plain call his raise. The turn was a blank i check he bets and i called. rivered paired the 8. Now if he had a8 he just filled up and has a monster hand. I just checked and he checked behind. I showed my ak and he mucked. Puke....... I played that hand like a freaking Nit. Santi even said wtf? Its pretty much means i played scared and allowed myself not to maximize my bets and i just won the min. If i am going to play scared don't bother to play at all. I am changing the way i play and i need to stop that bull shit.

The only other hand i can really think of is the hand against Fender and you can read that on his blog. All i can say is I played bad and it was a easy fold on the flop. Nice hand Fender.

Well I got to Capital planning to eat when I get there with the Santi. But for some reason when I saw him he looked like he wanted me to GTFA So i decided to hop onto the 2nd 6/12 game running in the Pai Gow room. As i sat down I had a crazy manic player to my right. I'm sitting in seat 8 so I'm like great lets see how i handle this. First hand I played was Pocket 7 and i think i was the button. UTG raise and the crazy asian player 3 bet it and i debated if i should cap it but i don't i call and it was 4 players to the flop. Flop was 37j rainbow. First raiser bets crazy Asian guy raise, i 3 bet it and the first raiser caps it. Turn 5h, first raiser bets, crazy Asian guy call i raise, first raiser call and crazy calls. River was Ah which made a flush on the board. It checked to me i still bet out and only the first raiser calls. I show my set and he mucks his hand. Nice little pot if I don't say so myself.

The next hand I played was pocket 10. seat 5 goes all in for 5 chips and seat 6 a very solid white guy ask if he can raise and dealer said you can call 2 or complete. So he completes and it gets to me and i raise it. One player calls the solid white boy call so were 3 to the flop and one player is all in with me last to act. Flop comes K109 with two hearts. It went check solid white guy bets i raise, next guy fold, solid white guy reraise and I cap it. The turn was a 10 giving me quads. He checks and I bet and he did a check raise. I thought about it for a second and decide to just call it. River was an A and he bets right out and I raised him. He thought about it and decides to call. Which I think the Ace killed my hand really. I show my quads and he beats himself up saying i just wasted 2 bets for nothing. Nice hand Nice hand.

After that hand the table breaks and Its only been 15 min since I sat down. I go out and check on the Santi and we grab dinner.

After dinner the game was like 4 or 5 handed. Not something I like. Also it looked like one of the players was ready to leave. So i decided to put my name on the 4/8 kill list. After waiting like 45 min i get seated. I folded till i was under the gun and i see ajclubs. I raised and next thing i know it was capped. The flop comes J85 rainbow. bb bets out, i raise, it gets reraised and capped back before it gets to me. All i know now is i think i need to call down because someone may have a over pair here. turn was 2 bb bets out i called and only one other player calls. river was a 2 and bb bets i call and the player who is last to act and only been calling this whole time raise. BB kept saying that's sick that is just sick and he calls and i decided pot big and i am last to act and i called. The river raiser shows 62 off for running trips and bb show pocket kk I finish third.

So my table breaks after a few more hand and i am down 96 bucks on 4/8. 4 seats 5 players drawing and i draw last just to see what i have to beat and i see someone drew a 4. I was like no problem i just have to avoid 8 cards and i should get a seat. Well you guess what I drew. Yup, I drew a 3 so now i have to wait. As I waited i see that one of the table is a action table. A drunk momma is raising every flop bet and everything you can think off but she is hitting her cards. I think man i need to get on this table and try to capitalize on this. After 30 min i get seated at the table and i decide to have two rack too play this game.

After losing AA to momma to her river two pairs i finally get a hand that gets back to the positive. I look and see qq under the gun. I raise and mamma raise and bb reraise and i cap it. Flop come q53. Perfect flop. bb check i bet momma raise i reraise she caps and its 4 players to the turn but two of them is all in so its heads up. The turn was 10 which is still perfect i think. I bet mamma raise, i reraise, she raises back, I 5 bet it she 6t bet it i 7 bet it and a stupid player was like wait how can you guys keep raising? Andy says its head up and they can raise each other till no more chips, the player says why don't they say all in? Andy says no they have to keep betting each other. By then Momma says oh i didn't know its unlimited i was waiting for you to say its capped. I was pissed!!! she would have kept going to no ends. so she calls and the river is a 7, i bet and she calls and she shows qj. wow she was going crazy with that hand i took down a huge pot. Being down about a rack and a half i was up a rack and a half now. Which should have been a sign to leave but i stayed for a couple more orbits which was a mistake.

KK on a kill BB. It gets capped thanks to momma. flop was A99. two spades. I have a king of spades and the ace of spades is on the board. Sb check i bet momma calls sb check raise i call mamma calls. turn was 7 spades giving me the nut flush draw now and sb blind bets i call momma raise. sb calls and i tank a bit thinking is it worth it and i made the call. Well the river was jh missing my flush and with the ace on the board i was no good. sb bets, i fold, momma calls which was weird since she raised the turn. Sb shows aq for top pair, momma shows pocket 33 for two pairs and trying to raise us out of the hand. Big pot to lose. I played a orbit more and cashed out up 66 on the 4/8 game.

Well I decided to go in since my plans for the day went south. (for the record the 50th time I got stood up) So i though i might as well play for a few hours.

6/12 = $0

Yup that's right. I played for a little over 4 hours and broke even for the day. At one point I was up a rack. but that's before all my big pairs got murdered.
AA -3 times
kk - 4 times
qq - 3 times

All cracked on the turn or river. Everyone hit their cards and i completely went 0 for 10 on all my big pairs. I was lucky in a way not to lose more. The benefit of being Asian is sometime the bad players take it easy on you. I had this papa just check down to me his nut hands so I would return the favor back. Well during all of these big pocket pairs he would decide to be the only one to call me after the flop. So i would return the niceness and just check down the rest and what do you know. He hit his outs on the turn or river. Normally he says he would have called down either way so betting or not would not have help me get him to fold his hand. Normally I am always going for the jugular when I play.

But lucky what kept me in the game was all of my BB specials and winning with Aj Ak hands like that.

One decent pot was AK. I raised about 5 to the flop Flop was like q 67. I c bet and only the two ladies called that was in the hand. Turn was 2 I double barrel and they both called. I was like crap. River was j and i check and they both check. One of the players said you cant beat the ladies ak is going to be no good. I showed my AK and they both mucked their cards. Wow I cant believe ace high was good!!!!

Oh well I plan on doing some playing Thursday night if all goes well after work.

capital casino 5/2/09 free falling again

6/12 = -480 for 3 hours.

It was a bad night at Cap. At one point on 4/8 I was up 220 and everything just started to free fall when all my big pairs got busted or I miss all my draws. 4/8 seem to have so much action now its crazy. The table I had was all action so if i was in a pot it was usually a family pot and its been raised at least once. I seem to get alot of respect in a way from players. They seem to only think I have AA, AK, KK, QQ if I was playing. So alot of time a player would normally say give me a low ball flop and they usually get their wish. Oh well, If I hold huge pots would be coming my way. If I dont hold, then I just have to learn to run better.

The 6/12 game was a killer, the hot Asian girl was playing and this time her husband was there too, his name was Ben. Also a Black girl that Ive seen before and plays every hand. If she has a hand she tries to play it aggressive but she spews alot because her chip stack goes up and down like a roller coaster.

Pretty much I knew this was going to be a great action table with a aggressive game. I need to practice handling aggressive players, I get timid and passive and usually don't make plays back so i normally get dominated by them.

First hand I played was Pocket QQ, I raised Ben raises back it gets called by a couple player i reraised and he caps it. 4 players to the flop. Flop 6510. Good looking flop, I bet he raises i reraise and it gets capped. Over pair I am thinking? hopefully not aces or kings. Turn was a 4. I bet and he still raise. I just called we are head up. river 3. Horrible card really. 2 or a 7 gives you a straight but the pots big and all i can do is check call. I checked and he bets and i made the call. He shows me Pocket 3 for the river set. I was like WOW!!!! Super Aggressive!!! Nice hand nice hand. PUKE!!!!

Which lead to the very next hand where I get pocket AA.
Now its a kill pot. Ben Killed it with his win. Its get limp and i raised. by the time it get back to me it was capped. I was like wow no way am i going to be able to hold with this hand. At least 6 to the flop. Flop is K78. I bet all called ( not good in my book) Turn was a 6 I bet and only Ben wife called. River was a 6 which i thought was a safe card I bet and she raised. I called and she showed 56 for running trips but flopped open ended. Ouch.

Capital Casino 5/1/09 Free Falling

So I went to Cap today after picking up my 4runner from my godfather house. The list was long but Tony and the Santi was there playing already. By the time i got a seat at a 4/8kill game it was at least 21/2 hours of waiting. But I will make this short as i have to get up early tomorrow for a wedding.

Total for the evening: +280.

I will post some hands when I can but pretty much at one point i was up 2 racks on 6/12 and it free fall all the way down to 40 bucks and back up to where i cashed out at 145 for the night on 6/12.

OK I am back to post a quick history. When I got onto the 6/12 table, Happy the dealer was dealing cards. After a few hands Happy ask where is my crazy friend? I was like who? you know the one you two always go crazy raising each other. I looked at Nick and was like huh???? She said hmmm maybe i am mistaken, I was like I don't know maybe your right. Right then she dealt me pocket qq. I raised and another player raises and I capped it. I wasn't too sure how many players there was but once the river came I was in a checking mood when it look like a possible straight was on the board. The very next hand i get queens again. I raised and I believe it gets capped and once again I flopped a set. I took it down on the turn. Sorry I cant really remember too much on how my hands were played.

Well I am a little mad right now. When ever I get a bank roll going that I think would be a decent amount something comes up. The last month or so I had to do some repairs on both my car. My IS300 needed new tires and I had to buy some so I used my poker roll to pay for it. Not cheap since I have to get low profile type of tires to go with the car. Now my 4runner is finnaly fixed after like 2 months of sitting around my moms friend mechanic. Its basically just a tune up. Nothing too expensive. Dealers like 400-500 bucks only. SO i figure this guy should be cheap. after all is done my mom tells me its 500 bucks. 125 for labor and the rest are parts. I was like WTF!!!! She showed me the invoice..........

Capital Casino 4/25/09

So after work i wanted to go to play but i forgot it was my friends bday bbq and he said to join him right after work. But i got a call saying it was moving to Faces. If you don't know Faces its a gay club but is considered one of the best clubs in Sacramento right now. 3 dance floors and a pool with different type of music in each room. He pretty much said it be fucked up if i don't go to celebrate his bday so i pop up and found it very interesting. allot of straight couples were there and alot of gay people too. very respectful too each other. i never saw anything too out of hand. Lucky for me the bday boy was drunk and his gf was out of it and they needed a ride home so i took then home and grab dinner with my friend Steve. Afterwards i got to Cap at 2ooam and their was still a waiting list for both game except the no limit game which is a no no in my book. after 30 plus min waiting i finally got a seat on the 6/12 game. It was weird i player plays every hand and raises the flop all the time his chips was up and down but he never re bought. One player they called him the pro because they said he was the best player. of course they never played with the santi. A mommy which was agro but played solid hands. A white boy who seemed solid and the rest was the typical donk.

It started off pretty bad pocket 10 and i raised the flop was k23. one player called which is the player that plays every hand. (I call him Ass in this report.) he was the only caller and the turn was a 9, i bet he called and the river was 9 i checked he bets i called. he said i knew i should have raised you on the turn. He showed k9 for the boat. I was like wow

Few hand later pocket 10 again i raised next player reraise and it gets capped 5 to the flop. Flop came A 5 9 rainbow. checked to me i bet and all called. At that point i knew i was dead. the turn was a 9 checked to me and i checked and the last to act bets couple called i decided to lay it down. river was k and the winner shows pocket aces for a boat. wow weird play he says he wanted to raise on the turn but i checked which messed him up.

next thing i know I had to do a rebuy.

But things finally turn around. I got pocket 5 under the gun i limped in next player raised 4 callers i called. flop came 57q. I checked player bets i all called back to me and i raised everyone calls. turn was 3, i bet couple folded and 2 callers. river was 6. i bet out and ass raised i was like damn it he has a 4 in his hand for the crappy runner runner straight. i called and he said two pairs. I was like oh I have a set. He showed 76 for a two pairs and i took down a decent size pot.

Another hand sb pocket 8 and its a kill. 4 players limp i called and bb raised. everyone calls and i called. flop came 10 8 3 rainbow. I checked bb bets all called i raised and everyone called. Turn was 2 clubs giving a club draw. I bet 3 folded and it was Ass and another player and me to the river. River was qc hitting a runner runner club and i decided just to check call since this was a kill hand but i wonder if it was a value bet or not. Ass bets it out the next player fold and i have the worst gut feeling in the world thinking he hit runner runner for a club flush. I called and showed AQ for a river q i showed my set and he said wow no raise? i was like i didn't like the flush. Momma said see i was right he too tight and passive. I don't think so but maybe i am.

Won a couple small pots and lost a couple big pots but by 530 the game was breaking up, George was asleep on the table and the greatest player on the table said this game too easy i am done and racked up and left. the solid white guy which wasn't too solid busted out and it went 5 handed and George said he was going to skip this round leaving it 4 handed i said Sorry folks i don't like 4 handed if George wakes up i will play but i don't like 4 handed play. so it breaks and i cashed out.

I joined the Santi after i had gotten off work. It was a Thursday night but I was off the next day to go see wicked(which was Awesome). I joined the santi and he was in the 6/12 game. I place my name on the list and got seated on the 4/8kill game. I folded alot and it was a fun table and they were saying to me if i was ever going to play a hand and i told them i would if i get a suited connector or something close to it because all i was seeing we 82, 10 3 hands like that. Ricky the dealer join my game and i get aa i raised and everyone called it was 7 handed. The flop came ak5 and i bet out Ricky raises and a couple other called i reraise and Ricky caps it and its 4 to the turn. 8 came i bet Ricky raise everyone else folds i reraise and Ricky said pocket ace? see you only play nut hand u will never make money but i call you i cant fold top two. river was a blank and i bet he calls and i showed my set of aces. By the time i got called to the 6/12 game i was up 144.

6/12 game was dominated by the sexy hot Asian girl. She must have had at least 4-5 racks in front of her. It started off slow but by the time i was done i was up a rack plus. I cant really remember much hands but twice i got pocket aces and twice i hit a ace on the flop. One on a kill hand too but never got past the turn everyone folded by then. Pretty much Santi said i played good nothing too funky. Which is a relief in my mind. I haven't played with the santi much but i feel i am playing very good right now, I need to turn up the plays a bit and raise more hands and bluff more pots. I think i gotten my donk hands out of my system now. I don't make those gut feeling on playing low crap card limping in. So I am feeling good on my plays.

Where have I been? who knows? I am always lost and confuse. I've been playing alot just havent really blogged anything because I just dont have the time. Since the last time i blogged its been like 7 month since i last posted something. I think during that time, I have been to Vegas at least 4 times. Maybe Cache Creek like 3 times. But been going to Capital Casino like at least 40 times during that span. They have a 6/12 game now that i played alot on since it started. I think the first 2 times i played i have ran well. Then the rest have been minor ups and down. Since i cant really say how I have been running i will just give a brief update on my last 3 trips i have done for poker.

March 28-30th I was in Vegas for a bachelor party. Every time I tried to play in the 10/20 or 8/16 game it broke or was running short handed that i know i am at a disadvantage at. So I ended up playing No limit 1-2 at the Monte Carlo. I was running pretty well and was up like 200 after a 300 max buy in. SO i had a little over 500 in front of me. Till i came across this hand. aj suited. bb and middle positon raise to 12 i called and i think two other called. flop came kq10. Boom i flopped the nuts. I check till it reached the raiser who bets it comes to me and i check raised him to 100 more. He reraise me back a amount i don't remember and it pretty much was all in at that point. We showed our cards and he flopped q 10 for two pairs and i showed my straight. Pot was pretty much over 1000. I was drooling thinking about racking in that pot. He started screaming give me a 10 and BOOM a ten came on the turn. Game over for me. I suck at this freaking No limit crap. I thought i was done playing no limit when i came back the next night and saw the table full of drunks and i thought well i got to give this a shot. By the end of the night I made 600+ on no limit. I love playing with drunk players calling with bottom pair. Its nothing but awesome ness.

April 17-19th. Vegas again!

It started off pretty bad. no 8/16 running and 10/20 was a miss. Till my last night there. It was about 130 am and i got onto the 10/20 game. Pretty much keeping this short. After 2 and a half hours of play and the game got short handed I left up 900 for the short time i was there. I felt a little bad that it was kind of a hit and run. But once it got 5 handed and once in a while 4 handed a player would get up and take a break i knew i was at a disadvantage. I usually play really bad short handed. I think I am not aggressive enough once it get short handed. I usually get my ass handed to me.

Here is big pot: BB pocket 6 or 3 I forget already but lets go with pocket 3. under the gun raise two callers and i called. flop came 3c jd 10d. i check under the gun bets, call momma who loves the santi raises i check raise, undergun calls other player called momma reraised and i capped it all called. Turn was Ac i bet utc called, next player fold, momma raised i reraised thinking if she can still raise back i am calling down. utc called and mamma decided to call. River was a 2 of club and i bet utc called and momma called. I showed my set and everyone mucks. utc said he had ak of diamonds and momma said she flopped two pairs with her j10. Big pot i was loving it.

Another big hand was k10 suited on the bb. Under the gun raised again( how unlucky can he be) there was a good 4 callers and i called. Flop was beautiful AQJ rainbow. I checked utg checked i was like damn i may have missed my check raise. But lucky momma bets and i raised, utg checked raised also. it gets capped and it was 3 to the turn. The turn was 9, i bet out and he raised momma calls i reraised he calls and momma calls. river was a harmless 5 and i bet and they both called. I showed my nut straight and i he showed pocket jj. momma said she had ak and couldn't let it go with a possible straight draw too.

Two huge pots = lots of money!!! =)

10/20 = + 900
4/8= + 60

over all a good trip. It covered my spending which included drinks food and clubbing which totaled to be around 1000 bucks in spending.

Capital Casino Sat night 8/2

Not bad of a night, I didn't show up till about 230am, Took a nap and woke up ready to play. Just a quick update pretty tired. 2 1/2 hours of play and came up 280. Hands actually held tonight. So I'm not going to complain about some bad crappy beat.

first winning hand, 22 on the bb. I'm in seat 3 and seat 6 raises, about 5 callers to the flop. Flop comes ak2, a little scary but lets see how strong my hand is when i go for the check raise. Sb checks i check, and next thing i know it gets checked around. Boo that sucks ass. Turn come and its 4. sb check i bet and couple players fold and the rest called. River 8, I bet and i get looked up by seat 1. I showed my set and take down the pot.

Another hand, AK under the gun I raised and get about 4 callers. Flop a78 rainbow. I bet and every one calls. Turn was a 2. I bet and seat one raises me. I call and another player called. River 2, He bets i called and the other player called. He shows 78 for 2 pairs on the flop and i showed my ak for running 2 pairs.

When I got moved to the kill game it was a little weird. Everyone was Asian, with about 500 in front of them. Great I am in for a good time.

So I finally get a hand AQ on the big blind. about 6 to the flop. The flop q24. I bet and everyone calls.now the player in seat 1 keeps saying I check my deuce give me a deuce. Turn A, I bet call call fold and he raise. I reraised and everyone else folded. River K. he looked a little mad when I bet and he just called. I showed aq and he showed a2 for two pairs also. AWESOME!!!!

Well it was a bad night. I played for about 6 hours for a negative 315. Not gonna say much but I ran into 2 psychic players that kept saying they knew what i had and they knew what the turn and river would be and hit their crappy flush or straight. I flopped alot of sets and top two, but they were never good against these players. Even had a player cold call 3bets with 72 off and hit nothing on the flop "I flopped top two AQ" and turn and river were 2 and 2 for him to hit running trips.

Ok here is a hand from 7/25, pocket 99 on the bb, new player from the other table comes over and he raises. about 4 callers and i call. flop come 953 rainbow. I check he bets and it went call call, fold i raise, he reraise call, call, I cap, call around. turn was 8 I bet he raise I reraise and it gets capped. River was a king. I bet and he still raise, i reraise and he just calls. I showed my set of nine and he gets 35 for aces crack.

Capital Casino Friday Night 7/25

OK Just a short blog I'm very tired and I need to get some rest. I call this the great turn around. I told myself that I would leave once I drop 400 for the night. But for some reason, Which I think It was mainly fatigue. I re bought in again once i was dropping past the -370 range. The Santi had just left for the night and i was pretty much the table punching bag for majority of the night. But it seem once i re bought i never deep past the -420 range for at least 2 hours, and once 530 am hit, everything turn around. My hands were holding, I read the 2 manics that was on the table correct and scoop up a couple large pots, Mainly because "i soul read them." I also tilted the taggy player that came from the other kill game. He came over with about 5 racks and said he wanted to play at the table with all the chips swinging around. Sorry Dude 99 beats AA when i flop top set and you don't seem to understand how to read what a player may have. That hand I will talk about later. But by the end of the 3rd time I slapped him around all he kept saying was dude you don't know a fold button do you !!! Wow sorry if kq beats ur ak when i flop top two!! I raised and you just called preflop. But more about him later when i actually blog about some hands. But by the time I left Capital, it was 830Am and i was up 200 for the night.

Ok, so here is another hand from sat night. I call this the suck out bad and played like shit hand. So john was still dealing and its a killed pot. I get j10 of clubs. And about 5 players to the flop. Now a little history. Seat one has been raising every single hand and he tries to play it aggrisive but after the turn he petty much shuts down. Or he shuts down once someone raises him. Most time people raise him with nothing and he throws the hand away. So pretty much everyone had his way with him. So on this hand I thought I was going to do the same to him. And pretty much I figure my image has been solid. People see that my hands has been either the nuts or pretty damn near it. So with 5 players I'm hoping this will work. Flop comes and it was 456 with one club. I check seat nine checks seat one the guy who always raises bets out. Momma calls seat 6 calls and I went for the raise. But my problem was everyone called. Oops I fucked that up.the turn comes 2clubs great now I have a flush draw now but the straight draw is there also. So I bet acting like it didn't bother me at all.seat nine calls seat one calls and momma raises, I knew I suck bad. Seat 6 calls and I stupidly call because I have a flush draw. Everyone calls.River comes and its a 8club wow I suck. I check, seat nine check seat one check momma looks angry and checks but seat 6 goes all in for 2 bucks I look at john and say can I complete and he sup yup. Seat nine folds seat one folds momma sits around and debated in anger. She calls it and flips over her cards and show a flop top set of pocket 66.I showed my flush and took the whole thing. So yeah john may. Deal me awesome cards but he showed me I can play bad and suck out like the best of the donks on 4/8. With that hand it brought me up over 200. Yeah john may like the santi but he teaches me to be the super Donk.

Saturday Night At Capital Casino

Ok here is some hands from Sat night at Cap.

KJClubs on the big blind. I was on seat 8 and seat 1 raises there was about 3 callers and sb and me called. Flop comes j 72 with two clubs. Sb checks i check, seat one bets it goes call call fold SB raises??? This was where i wasn't sure what to do but i decided i better raise it also. So seat 1 calls one more caller other player folds seat one call. Turn was 5s, SB check i bet seat one call fold by the other player. River was 10d sb checks I bet call and call and i took down a decent size pot.

Another hand was AA SB. About 4 callers and i raise bb call everyone else calls. Flop comes 23k rainbow. I bet call call and then a raise by seat 5, seat 6 folds i re raise and the rest calls. Turn comes 5, I bet and it fold call call. River comes and it was 4. No flush but a straight got there. I bet and the other two players folded. It sure feels good when it holds and I'm not collecting 35.

Ok now the bad beat crap to vent. John my favorite dealer in the world always seem to give me some great cards but i always seem to get my ass creamed by it. So i always joke and say 3 bad beats from u and i am leaving. So at this point I'm up like 180 and this is the second hand he dealt me. I am under the gun plus one. And i get qq. Under the gun raises and i re raise and seat one calls seat 4 momma calls seat 5 calls and seat 7 the first raiser calls. Flop was j42 rainbow. Since the BB called he checks under the gun bets i raised it gets called all the way around. turn was 10. it went check check I bet call call call and the the the guy next to me folds in disgust. I'm thinking AK? river comes 8. possible straight but it would be ugly one but i decide to bet and it got called by the 3 players. I showed my qq, one player folds the other guy folds and momma finally acts and said what does he have john who is ready to push the pot said a over pair. She gets up and slowly move her card to the middle of the table and flips them over and i see 4,8 off suit. I looked and was like wtf is that? John kind of laughs and said 2 pairs and i said WHAT!!!!! He started to push the chips to her and she looks at me and said What? its the first hand i win since you got here!!!! I didn't mean to say anything but it just kind of came out. Cold calling 12 chips with off suited cards. I can understand when they say but they were soooted. But this was off suit not even really connected cards. WOW oh WOW is all I'm thinking.

The very next hand I get now from john was KK, I looked at my card and said damn i guess i have to steam raise this hand. and the guy next to me was like is that a real steam raise or u messing around and have a hand raise. I just looked at him and gave him the i dont know look. So he decide to call and all through the night he has been solid never really saw him play crap cards or anything. so he calls seat 1 calls momma calls and BB calls. Flop comes K106 BOOM!!!! YES BABY!!!!!. I bet and they all called. turn was 7 I bet seat nine call seat one call and momma folds and BB folds. I thinking pair me up for good measure. RIVER 8........... oh crap you got to be fucking with me!!!!!! But I bet and seat nine said raise fuck me !!!!!! then it got to seat 1 who also said re raise!!! FUCK ME IN THE ASS!!!!! I looked kept shaking my head and folded i told john look at what i got. old man in seat nine calls and he showed A9 off suit for the straight, seat one showed 3 9 suited for the straight also. Fuck me what the fuck draws are you two going for????? Oh well fucking ahole. What can I say. As i look at my chips i was up like 180 and now I'm like up like maybe 20 whole bucks. But after that with some solid plays and ONE very bad Play and i was back up over 230 for the night all in about 2 1/2 hours of play.

Ok, I'm back and ready to blog about my hands from Friday night. I met up with the santi after work that night but he told me the 9/18 broke already for the day. That sucks ass, but even more weird is that it was a very slow night for them no list on anything at all. So when I got there i ate and the went to the 4/8 kill game. When i sat down i was under the gun and the dealer ask if i wanted a hand or wait till the blind pass. Normally I like to wait but since i ve been itching to play i decided to take a hand. So when i looked down i See pocket KK. I was like great first hand and i have to raise. So i raised it up and I got about 5 callers. Flop was q 9 6 rainbow. I bet and everyone called. turn was 2 and i bet and a couple people folded. River came 10 and i still bet out and got called by 2 players but lucky for me my hand was good.

Another hands was my flop quad hand. Chea the dealer was at the table and he was making the game fun. He would raise every hand and reraise anyone that would raise him or bet into him. So it made a interesting game. So i think I'm like either under the gun or plus one. I look down and see pocket 22. I debated a bit and was like great do i want to play this hand knowing it would be raised? So i made the crying call and about maybe 5 to the flop. I know it was me chea, tony, the guy to my left and someone else was in the hand. When the flop came i see a 2 in the window and i was debating how i should play this hand. But instead the flop was 262 oh oh........
What do i do???? If i be out now everyone may fold except for chea but if i let him bet I'm hoping everyone would call and build a bigger pot for me. I'm also the first to act so its at a disadvantage to me. If i bet everyone may just fold also. So i checked, guy next to me check, chea bets and tony of all people raises. next guy folds and now its on me I was like crap what do i do now if i raise the next guy may fold now or maybe chea will fold also and it will just leave tony and me. So i made a long slow call and the guy next to me fold and I think Chea calls. Turn was 5 and I checked. Chea says let me help u protect ur hand tony and he bets and now tony raises and I'm sitting like dude should i raise now???? I sat there and sat there and said OK raise it time and i graped a bunch off chips and started to put them out there but i notice opps!!!!! I dont even have enough to 3 beat !!!!!! Crap!!!! so I made a stupid call. River comes and it was a 5. SO i was like should i bet? and hopefully it goes call call? But instead i check and either chea or tony bets and i finally raised the hand. Chea calls and I'm not sure if Tony calls or not but he did show his pocket 10 10. I showed my hand and took down the pot.

So over all for the night I made about 140 i think. It was a table i like because i got to practice playing against a manic.

Well i haven't posted in a long while. So i felt today was a day i should do it. But I'm mostly posting just to get some frustration out. So here it is.... Its not poker related but I'm very distraught right now.....

today was the first day of E3.....

Microsoft had their announcement day and hold and behold Square Enix has officially pissed me off to no end. Call me a ps3 fan boy or what ever. But today Square has announce their flagship game is coming to the xbox. Final Fantasy 13 in no longer a PS3 exclusive. I couldn't believe it.... My heart just drop...... Kind of like getting dumb by your girl friend. I felt so betrayed, I admit i am a sony fan.... and I know they are getting killed by the xbox because of the head start the game system had, and the easier to program system. But i truly feel that the ps3 is a superior game system a true all in one game and home entertainment system. Microsoft has some exclusive titles like Halo and Gears of war. But lately alot of company been making games for both system and the bad thing is they would develop the game on the xbox and then port it over to the PS3 so in other words on the xbox the game runs smooth and awesome but when u just port it over the game doesn't seem to run as great on the ps3 and which makes it glitchy and not all that grand. Now Square has officially help Microsoft put the nails on the coffin.... The only exclusive game now is just metal gear which helped the sales of the ps3 but when FF13 was suppose to come out it would have brought along a wave of hard core gamers back to sony. But now Sony is left on its death bed. It has better step up and do something or Bill gates would be nailing in the nails that it has on the PS3 coffin.

Okay now to some poker info....

Well vegas came and gone and it sucks ass.
Here is just a short of what happen.
- 10/20 first day lost 700, 2nd day made 100, 3rd day made 200, 3rd day made 140, 4th day was about 500 plus. so over all about 240 plus profit.
-4/8 was about a 300 dollar profit.
-no limit was a -400 bucks, I just suck ass on it.
-8/16 was kind of up in the air because when i lost in no limit at harris i went to bellegio and lost there too but i added it all into the 8 /16 lost column for a total of 500 lost but in reality it may have only been about 250. but the second day of playing 8/16 i came up 500. so i know 8/16 is a plus 200 to 300.
-other table games and slot -300 to 400
- so gambling wise was i think a negative trip plus accounting for food and show tickets over all vegas costed me about 600 bucks.

Plus side of the whole trip i think i found a new degenerate gambling buddy in Ryan, since it seem like i gamble more with him than the santi!!!

After Vegas i played some capital and Cache creek. It was weird, it was a up and down gambling effort. First day at capitol i think i made about 150 or so.
Next day went to cache and made a hundred.
Then back to Cap for a 200 lost but I won High Hand for 200.
Then another Cap trip made me lose about 60.
Then it was back to the Creek for a lost of a 100 and in some where in between i lost about 140 at the creek also that was the day i thought santi was going to leave me there and i had to bum a ride off of someone.
which leads to last friday capital trip. Which was the only one i remember some hands in but i not quite clear on the detail. I went there early in the day and the 9/18 was going to run. But i could only play for a hour or so and i had to leave so i showed back up with the Santi and got back on the table. I ended up making 310 but at one point i was up like close to 560 or more. I just free fall and could not hold or kept losing to heads up play when i have tptk or over pair and they ran me down with a crappy 2 pair or something.
This Hand pretty much made my day.

Pocket KK on the BB and its kill. had about 4 limper's in the hand one was my buddy to my left a old friend on seat one name Greg and his buddy in seat 4 plus the small blind called to my right. When it got to me i raised. It got called called but seat 4 Greg buddy ask he raised? I reraise. I was like hmmmm the o limp and reraise the raiser play. SB folds it gets to me and i stake my chip up and Tim the dealer was like looks like its going up some more. my buddy to my left decides and thinks and i think he called it but I'm positive he folded, and so Greg was like will lets just cap it. I was like No Fucking way I am good. 9/18 and its killed so its basically 18/36 right now. I'm looking at my stack and i had at that point over 400 at that point. I was thinking it look like at the end of this hand i need to do a rebuy. Flop comes Q 9 6. with two spades. I bet, call raise i reraise call cap. I was like OK i think I'm done now I'm calling down. Turn was a 8c. I bet Greg calls his buddy raise and i was like shit I'm just going to call but my homie to my left said this.Oh he going all in jut raise it. I was like huh I couldn't see his chip stack at all so i ask Tim how much chips does he still have. So seat 4 raises his arm and i could tell he hardly has anything left so i reraised it and he went all in and Greg still calls. River was 4d i was like OK at least i hope i take the side pot so i bet out and Greg says take it i miss i was on the spade draw. So i took the small side pot and now for the main Pot i showed my kk, and seat 4 was like shaking his head up and down and turn his card over first card i see was Q and the next card was 7 i looked at the board and double look for that straight. But it turn out i took the how pot. WOW OH WOW at that point i was ready to leave. i was up almost 2 racks and i wanted to leave but i know it wouldn't be right. But as i keep playing i started to free fall with hands that either missed the nut flush or open ended straight to top pair top kicker losing to rag cards two pairs. Or High pocket pair not holding on when someone stayed to the river to hit their ace for a better pair. Well that's it for now i will try to remember more hands later.

Santi Sickness

OK I'm gonna make this sort because I'm pretty tired right now. Played from 12am to about 5Am. Had some good run and came up 468. But that paled compared to the Santi. I had a nice castle going with a 200 dollar buy in and was up 468. So that's was almost 700 in chips in front of me. Well All i can say is if i had a castle, Santi had a castle, Bridge, Moat, and sheit maybe even a village in front of him. If it wasn't for Han's the floor guy telling him he had to color up because he was invading both side of his neighbor personal space. THAT IS JUST PLAN SICK!!!!

Getting ready for non stop poker action!!!

For the last week or so since my schedule dosent allow me to play, I've been doing some reading and mentally preparing myself for a week of non stop poker action coming up when I leave for vegas. At first all I could find was hellmuth "play poker like a pro" but after some long searches I finally found skalansky small stakes holdem in my garage last week. I've read it through once last week and right now I've been concentrating a lot on per flop plays and flop plays. I know my biggest problem right now is my preflop play. I've got the "SAG" blood in me so a lot of cards looks good to me to play. But right now I'm really starting to understand proper cards and position of what to play. In vegas I got to step up my game. Even though I'm planning to play either 6/12 or 10/20 hold em mainly or 8/16 if they have it, I don't want to be the fish on the table. At the creek I'm usually the tag of the table unless the santi or Tony is at my table then they usually a lot more aggressive than me for some reason. But now I'm entering vegas when its the wsop happening and there's gonna be a lot of players there. And the worst thing that I want is to be painted the fish at the table when I want to be the shark.

Well hopefully all my reading isn't for nothing. I plan to play either sat night or sun before I leave for my poker extravaganza.

So hopefully I learned from my reading and imporove on 3 of my greatest weakness.
-selecting proper playing cards to play
-know my position and not limp in with crap cards.
-Raise or fold should be my main options preflop.

Cache Creek Round 2

As I said I was planning on going back to the creek today and I did. Funny thing though was when I got there there was like 3 tables running of 4/8 and a list of 20 people waiting for a seat. So I went to grab a bite to eat and when i returned the list didn't change. Since all the chairs were taken and i didn't feel like standing and wait, I went to my car to take a nap.

Fast forward two hours........

Its now Midnight and i woke up from my nap. I went downstairs and saw 5 tables running with no list. COOL..... Now I'm refresh and i sit right into a open seat. After 3 table breaks and drawing the worst cards for the open seats at another table I think i played like a total of 4 1/2 hours with a profit of $390 at the tables. Not bad if i do say so myself. I didn't start to run good till my 3rd table when i went on a heated and won like 4 hands in a row twice. That felt great.... But kind of bad because I had crap cards and was winning with them. But what can I say....

Well most of my hands went pretty standard last night. My first table I would win a hand and then lose the very next hand with top 5 playing cards. It made it look like I was way too aggressive. But hey i am not limping in with aces or ak like most donks at the creek.

One hand That i was pretty pissed off with was pockets 8 on the bb. Alot of callers and we saw the flop of 987 rainbow. I did a check raise but a player on seat 8 reraised me and we capped it to the turn. 3 players to the turn now. I'm thinking pair the board pair the board. Turn comes 9 BOOYAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I check and the next player bets. Seat 8 raises and when it came to me I reraised. The that player i think he was seat 4 or 5 thought about it and folded the hand in frustration. Seat 8 caps it and we are heads up. River 2..... Well that's right I'm blogging while I'm waiting for a seat. I got here around 2am and there was 3 tables plus a list. So I thought not bad it may last for a while. But as the first seat open up, they called and called till it was my turn. So I guess no waited around. So as I sat down there was some chips flying, nice pots and lots of action. Too bad I was card dead. I only played my blinds for the first 4 orbits and I never saw past the flop. Till this hand came up.

On the button with kj of spades. 3 limpers so I raised. 5 players to the flop. Flop is j54 two hearts. Good flop I think. It gets checked till it reached seat one who donk bet into me. I raised and he reraised and I capped it. I'm thinking man I hope he is on a flush draw and didn't flop a set or two pairs. Turn comes 9club not bad no strait or flush. Checks to me I bet and only he calls. River comes ace heart. Worst card ever. He checks and I checked and I showed my kj and he flips over AQ of spades??? That threw me off big time I was like wow u donk bet me with a bluff. But the guy turn out kind of cool. He thought I was a tight player and said he thought I raised with ak. I said well I still had you beat if that was true. He didn't expect me to have those cards. I'm like that's cool w/e. Well the table breaks after a few hands and we had to draw cards. I drew first and I get the 2 diamonds the lowest of the low I think. Well look like I'm next now they called the other three players now and looks like I'm next. Well hopefully that is.

Well that table didn't last too long as i sat down 3 players left. Only one other player was on the list so its 7 handed and this table had alot of donks and my hated female player that I don't know her name but she was almost busto. But as i sat down she won 4 hands in a row. She rebuilt her stack pretty quick. Now one of my favorite dealers sat down and started to deal. Soucho last time I played killed me pretty badly. But hopefully not this time. So its a kill and I'm under the gun? Well I'm first to act and I looked down and see KK so i raised it up. Only my nemesis who's the killer and the BB called which is a donk too. I think her name is sue, not the sue that plays at capital but i different sue that's normally at the creek alot. Well the flop comes and its queen high rainbow. Checks to me and i bet and they both folded. Not bad I think keep this up soucho.

Now I am in the bb and i looked down to see AK off suit. Everyone limps and i raised. All called, flops comes 7 5 2 rainbow. sb checks I bet 3 callers. Turn 10, SB bets into me and I paused and looked at Soucho and he smirks and shakes his head, I laughed and said i guess im no good now and fold. 2 callers and the river came q. Momma bets and one my nemesis calls. And sb shows 10 7 for two pairs and take down the pot. Well I thought Soucho liked me but i guess he still favors the santi.

Well a player left and now were 6 handed. Sb I get 10 8 suited and with a flop of 79A. I bet out and get 2 callers, Turn comes another A this is were I'm not sure if i played this right but i decided to check since there was two callers and either one could have a Ace in there hand. Seat 2 bets and seat 3 calls and I called. Maybe I should have folded?? But i blanked out the river and seat 2 bets and seat three folds and so do I. Seat two laughs it up a bit and showed ace duece off. Well he was ahead the whole way. But bad turn call? I gotta ask the santi.

Now I'm on the Button and its 5 handed, one player got up to go smoke. I looked down to see pocket 6. This is another question I have, 5 handed and I get pocket pair on the button first to act folds next Sue calls and now its on me I decided to raise. Too spewey? SB and BB calls and so does sue. flop comes AJQ. Argh..... that was pretty bad flop. All check to me and I bet and all called. Yikes!!!!! Not good! The Turn is 8, SB checks BB bets out. Sue calls and I fold and SB folds. River i think made a possible flush but sue didn't call. BB showed 10,9 off for a straight. But over all Makes me wonder was that a preflop call or raise? In my mind that should be a easy raise especially short handed. But Maybe not. Another santi question for him to ridicule me on.

Well after that a couple more orbits pass and the table breaks and I'm down 8 bucks for the night. I cashed out but One thing i did which was bad was The creek has this new slot machine that has EBAY on it. while I looked at it I just had to throw in a 20 bucks in it to try it out. The machine has been crowded most of the night since i guess alot of people wanted to try it out. Well so did I. A few pulls later and I saw a old asian lady started to scream, She sat right next to me and her friends were around her while she was playing and she hit a nice little jackpot for about 1200 bucks. Good for her, Fuck me, for picking the wrong seat to sit in. Well my 20 bucks went fast and I picked up a rockstar to drink on the way home. I plan on playing again today so hopefully this time it will go better.

What have I been up to? Well pretty much I haven't played much in a while and when I have its been a spanking.I think the last four trips has been losers so yeah it sucks big time ass. Also been a little rusty since I haven't played all to often.

My last session I actually came up for once for about a 60 dollar profit. Considering the trip before I drop 180, and who knows how much I drop before that and I think it was 200 or something like that. Just running bad I guess. During these time when I run bad I need to cut my bleeding more. I need to continue the same play and not play scared. When I play scare I'm not maximizing my profit when I do win a hand.

So on my last session I was sitting at oppisite table with the santi. When I sat down I was enjoying my table it was truly a donk fest. Big pots with a lot of callers. It was music to my ears seeing so many callers. But with so many callers my hand were not holding. I was losing with ak aq kk jj 1010 just couldn't maintain my lead after the flop. Next thing I know I had bought in for 360.intill I won 5 hands in a row. Most of it from a asian momma sitting on seat one that the santi kept telling me to go after. That sick bastard.

The one hand I remembered that got me back was it was like my 3rd win and I was still the killer.I get J4 off. The button had just pass me. It was 4 to the flop. Flop is j83. It gets check to me and I bet. All called. Turn was a queen. Checks to me and I continue to fire and they still all called. I'm sitting there thinking I'm way no good now. River was a blank not sure what it was but it get checked to me and I said I check I only have a jack with no kicker. Then I saw everone fold. I was like wow are you kidding me? 28 bucks preflop. 32 flop and 64 bucks on the turn and no one can beat a jack with no kicker wow oh wow I love it.

Well I haven't played in a while, just been doing tons of house work. Spending money like it grows on trees also. But i finally have some time to play, which i did, but not a long session at all. I didn't get there till about 430. I had just found out that the aces crack promotion is only 50 bucks now. There prize pool is shrinking. They use to give out 100 bucks for aces crack and in the day time till 6pm 2500 for quads. But even that drop down to 1000 now. So it really changes things now Especially how to play aces now. When I played I played for about 3 hrs before going on a dinner break and played another 3 hours after that. I wrote this in a email to Tony and I just decided to copy and paste how my session went. I will also add a couple hands later on.

Its a tale of two story's. First table before i went on a dinner break.
Kill SuperDonk part one. "FOLD CITY"
3.5 hours plus 65. hands played? At most 8 including the blinds. I got raised on my blinds so much. it was a fold fest. the blinds i got to see i wiffed. Raised with ak only had it once at this point everyone folded. raised with kq suited 2 callers flop q58 two spades. turn qhearts river k boat only one caller. I got a bb fuck me over. 56 suited about 7 to the flop. flop comes 55k rainbow. i check under the gun bets everyone calls. turn 9s two spade now. I check under the gun bets all call when it hits me i check raise. all called. river qs. sb donk bets i call everyone else folds. sb shows j10s for the flush. OUCH!!!!

Kill Superdonk part 2 "The Gamble Table and the Mama that spank me to a fetal position."
3.5 hours -$85 bucks argh.......... As i return back from dinner i got placed to the only table still running. And with in the first 5 hands I notice something. I'm the only one folding and they all playing. If some one raises It gets capped. I stood up walk back to the front of the poker room and checked. AM I BACK AT CAPITAL CASINO?????
But nope i was where i was suppose to be. I was like that's fine.... I like this its 8 aggressive calling station donks and me The Superdonk. As i was folding every single hand i was talking to the guy to my left. He says dude you keep folding everyone know what u going to have if you play or raise. change it up man its only 4/8. I was like OK fine I play the next hand as long as it doesn't get raise. So I'm in the middle position and i looked down to see a8of clubs. Not bad...Normally a hand i play in late position, a little spewy to call this at my position but i thought OK decent enough to call I sure wasn't going to call some off suited crap card. So as everyone calls the good ol bb raises. And the guy next to me said come on guys i got him to play a hand don't raise it on him. so as everyone is calling i call and the bastard that sitting next to me said you know guys, my philosophy is if someone raise i gotta re raise. WHAT A ASS!!!!!!!! Everyone calls and i am sitting there looking like a ass. Flop come 258, My buddy bets all call I raise. All call. Turn 8 I bet all call. I was like what the hell. River q I bet and all fold. I took down a nice pot for playing like a donk.

So its back to folding when i get this hand on the BB its past 10 and aces crack is over. I look at two red aces. As people where limping in the button raises sb re raise and I'm like wow 3 bet 2 called button cap's and all called. Flop is q 23 two spades. I looked at momma on the button and she did the double look at her card I put her on the spade draw maybe the nut flush draw. sb bets i raise the two other callers fold momma rereaise. sb starts talking aw man I'm behind huh i have to call i got too much invested. he calls i cap it. Turn 9h Sb check i bet momma raise he call i re raise momma call he calls. River Q spades FUCK ME!!!!! SB check i check momma bets sb raises i fold mamma calls. Sb Shows q6 off for trip queens. Momma show k10spades. for the flush. WTF!!!! SHE RE RAISE WITH K10 preflop with those cards!!!! FUCK ME!!!!!!!

A few hands later. I'm in button position and it gets capped before it reaches me. I have AK SPADES family pot. Flop comes k103 two spades. bb bets middle raises momma re raise i capped. all call still family 9 handed. turn 7clubs? bb bets people start dropping momma raise i went into the tank raise or just call does momma have aces? does bb have aces or kings? I have top pair and nut flush draw. I call bb re raise momma cap's DAMN!!!! river............7spades ARGH IT PAIRED THE BOARD AND HIT MY NUT FLUSH DRAW!!!!!!!!! BB bets momma raise FUCK ME!!!! I CALLED MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE FOLDED? BB CALLS. MOMMA SHOWS POCKET KINGS FOR THE BOAT. I FOLD and BB fold. HUGE FUCKING POT HUGE HUGE HUGE!!!!! I just sit there looking like a donk. F ME And the game continues like that with me folding till it broke up at 1230.

This is going to be short Its late and i am tired. Pretty much i ran pretty good today i had aces cracked for a rack! hit some big kill pots and made some soul reading and calling with my cards for the win. I did lose some big pots also but i will write about that later. The only thing I can say is Cache just changed their aces crack promotion and it only run till 10pm now. Which sucks ass!!!!!!!!. I love it when it ran till Midnight!!!!!!.

Ok Im back and heres a hand from playing.
QJD its a kill pot. I called and about 4 to the flop. The come ad 8d 4s I think. the killer bets and i called and dealer botton calls. This is were i debeated to raise or not but at my position i thought i was just in the wrong spot. Im in the middle and i could be caught in a raise war. turn was another blank and the killer bets and it went call call. river i hit the 6d Booyah!!!!! I finally hit a card. the killer checks i bet and the button calls saying he had two pairs. I showed my cards and took down the pot. I only wish i had position then i could have raised the flop and took control of the hand.

Well I havent blogged much for the month because I was going busto everytime I played. Hand werent holding up at all. When I start off ok it ends up being bad beated by some one playing random two cards and Cracking my set or tptk. So it was a bad month for me. But im still improving my game even when I am not catching my card or getting my cards rapped by someone else catching some goofing running straight or flush. So instead of posting bad beats time after time again I will try to write some good hands i played right or hands I think i played wrong and looking for comments......... NAH!!!! This is the super donk if i dont post some fuck upbad beats then its just not the donk tard i am.

My last trip at capital this hand came up. This is right after tony left and Jeff buddy i call him the protege came and sat at his seat. The very second hand that he is delt with, i looked down and see AQ of spades. I raised and he reraise and i decide to cap it. about 4 to the flop. the flop K96 all spades. I bet he raise, i reraise and it gets capped. the turn 5 I bet out and he raises again saying if your going to draw out on me im going to make it expensive. Im think huh????? i got the nuts right now so it looks like you got the flopped set. I reraise and it gets capped. River all i know is avoid pairing the board.......5 sskjdkjfjfhjvnjdnvjdhkjvhjdfvnjdvnjkzv GOD DAMN IT!!!! this is where it went all hazy..... i forget if i betted or just checked and i called but when he turn his card over with a big grin i knew i was a goner........his pocket KK for the WIN!!!!

Still Playing like a Donk, I tried playing tight but i was getting crack left and right so I really losen up and started to win hands. Not good play because it will mean in the long run im going to bleed all my chips away and get caught in some kind of marginal hand thats going to kill me later. But the good news is I finally got pocket AA twice tonight, after 5 or 6 sessions of not even seeing them once, and I logged on some good hours of playing too. Too bad they didnt win me much and I never got them crack for a rack. First one was a ok size pot I think I made about 45 bucks and the second was horrible. Under the gun and I limpped and all fold except the big blind which was stuck in the hand. The flopped came and i took it down.

Thats right I ran horrible. But i played decent. No Super donk today, it was try to play solid all the way through. But I was place in a tight table tonight. When I got to the table There was what maybe one loose player there. But as the Superstar joined my table, It got ultra tight where it was mostly 3 to the flop if that. Pots were like 10 bucks at most. It was horrible. It didnt help when I had a millions outs on the flop but i completely missed everything. I flopped a few open ended draws that missed everything. Flopped top pair top kicker and got ran down by two pairs. Flopped nut flush draws and wiffed. had big pocket pairs only to win me small pots.

Heres one. Pocket qq raise preflop maybe 3 callers. But i think only 2 called. Flop 10 10 10. I bet fold fold call. turn was a blank, bet fold.
Next hand kk . I watch it get folded all the way to me. i raise and fold fold only stealling the blinds but i now made it a kill pot losing 8 chips, so i won 6 lose 8 for a negative 2 dollar. Awesome huh.

Heres one where the pot was a decent size. k 10 off in the small blind. about 4 or 5 to the flop. Flop is k,10, 7, I bet I believe 3 callers. turn j I bet seat 1 raises. Another player called, I called. River J. I check mamma bets One caller I fold. She shows aq for the straight.

Heres a hand where I thought I had a death grip to win. I raise with AJdiamonds. about 3 or 4 callers. Flop come As 5d 4d, I bet called called. Turn 6 clubs I bet and it gets raised and call, I call. River 7 c "WHIFF!!!!!!!"Did you feel that???? Yes that was me missing a bajillion outs there.
It was like the 5th time tonight that I missed my outs. Mamma who raised had 56 seat 3 had A5 for the winning hand. It felt like the Playoff where I go 0 for 13. Im that good people, only a pro like me can wiff everything he can like I do. DONT TRY THIS AT HOME KIDS!!!! Let a train professional play bad.

Does that mean im going to keep playing like that? NO But for some unknown reason i played like howed i played back in the 3/6 days. Playing alot of hands and was lucky to win.
Maybe I went into poker overload. Too much poker in a short period of time to reflect how i played. All i can justified is i just wanted to play hands and alot of them. I was lucky to scrape out wins. The worst part, I dont even know what hands i played and won with. I did hit quads again. I think this is the 4th straight trip i hit quads. I do remember my beats.... but why talk about that. it seem like my beats were the hands i played right and the hands i won were hands i dont want to remember playing at all. Well thats all for now. Man all I can say is I ran horrible for like the first 2 hours. Actually No. I cant say that. I did flop quad 8 in one of the first hands I played. But after that it went down hill fast. Before I know it I had bought in for 300 already. But lucky the pain stopped there and I started to swing and won some hands.

The Quad hand.
I had pocket 88 in either the small or the big blind. I believe someone raises and I called. Flop was K88. Wow what do i do? I checked and lucky some one bets out, and I called I think it was 4 players calling. Turn was a blank I check but this time it checked around. River is where I bet out. And One caller, I flipped my cards and said I got the Nuts. The superstar i thought he said something like dont be a ass and say that but i think once he saw the cards he was like oh yeah that is the nuts.

This hand made me do my first rebuy.
55 sb. Player to my left seat 5 raises preflop and about 4 or 5 to the flop. Flop comes 5qj. I checked raiser bets out seat 9 raises i reraise and it gets capped. Turn 10 i bet out seat 4 calls and seat nine raises. And the only thing in my mind was AK? I called and the river was a 8. I checked checked seat nine bets i looked at my chips and i had like 12 more chips so i said well im raise it all in for 4 more. Seat 5 calls and nine calls. I said well AK? he said yup and showed his ak. Seat 5 shows pocket kk. I was like wow how does seat nine raise the flop on a gutty. He must be physcic and knows what cards is coming.

This hand got me thinking huh????

I raised and get like 5 callers or something like that. Flop was J high I bet out and all called. Turn was 10 I still bet out and like 3 callers. River K. I checked and it gets checked around I showed my AJ and seat one flips his cards and showed AJ also. But for some Unknown evil reason seat six shows k5 off to win the pot????? I was like you got to be kidding is there no respect? You call me with just one over card from the flop and turn????? At least make them soooted you bastard. Well I was just a little bitter at that.

After that I dont know what hands I won with.
One last hand.
I had pocket 8 or 9 I forget. But I think they were 8 on the dealer button I believe. I cant remember really "Superstar some help?" I raised preflop and gets called like by 4 other players i believe, flop is 456. Seat 5 bets out and it was call call call?and to me I reaised. Back on seat 5 and he reraised. oh oh, Flopped straight? 2 pairs? Set? i called and i think it was 3 handed to the turn. Turn comes J. Seat six checks and it checks around and i was like huh???? U can bet out the flop and reraise me but cant bet the turn?? So I bet out. and they called. river J I really have no idea where i stand so when it was checked around i checked also and took down the pot. Seat 5 was raising me with 62 top pair and gutty to the as end straight. Lucky me i guess hehehehehe. Got to love em cc players.

Decided to go up to the creek, Left the house at 1230 am, And got there around 130am. They had 4 tables running so i figure good I can get a good 5 to 6 hrs of play tonight then go home sleep for like 5 hrs go to work and come back again. But after 3 hours I thought I think its a good time to go. My second table is about to break and theres only 2 seats for the last remaining table.

Well what can I say. Ran pretty good. Still lost with AK and AQ tonight. But won some Kill pots that help me get up. Here are some hands.

Second hand of the night I get QQ on the bb. I raised and got called by 4 players. At my table were the papa that killed my KK on the kill pot from my last trip and the ex dealer who use to work at the creek but now only his wife does. Both players are in the hand. Flop was J85, not a bad flop to me. I bet and only those two calls. turn K, I bet and they still called. River 3. I check and they both checked. I showed my queens and the ex dealer shows k4 and the Asian papa shows k2, Wow thanks guys for calling me with crap off suit cards. Whats awesome was the 4 kicker plays.

First winning hand is KK on the BB and its kill. flop k94 two spades, I bet out and got raised by the killer, he has button. I re raised and he just calls. 3 to the turn. Turn A, I bet call and the killer debates and starts saying i put u on ak and I flop two pairs too. Now you have a better two pairs. He thinks and thinks and decide to throw his cards away. River J, I bet and other person folds. GOOD!!!!!!! it holds!!!!!!!!!!

From that point on I was doing OK for a bit, lost some hands win some hands. Till I went on a 5 hand winning streak that pushed me way up.

First hand I'm in seat 8 in a new table. Seat 6 has been solid and aggressive. Seat six had just won a hand and he says under the gun. I want to be the killer and raises. I looked down to see kq of spades. I was debating to raise or not but decided to call to see where i stand. 5 callers oh theres one mamma and 2 guys that seem to call every hand and see the river all the time but either fold or call the river. Flop comes k98with one spade. He bets out and I decide to raise to see where i am at. everyone calls and back to him he re raise, I decided oops i better just call he either has ak. Turn q He bets and i decide to raise again, they all call and back to him he raises again. Oops I guess he flop a set? I call and they call. River was a 3 he bets out and i call and the rest folds. Second hand Ad 10d, Under the gun folds and now its on me and I raised, I got called by the 3 calling stations. flop comes q78 all diamonds. BOOM. This is where Im not sure if i should slow play it or play it strong but i decide to play it Strong all the way. I bet and only seat 3 one of the calling station called. Turn KD eek!! I think that all but killed my action. I even made a face too showing that it was the worst card for me to come out. I wasn't even intending to either but when it came i was like CRAP no way he calling Now. with what a j high flush at most. So i bet and he keeps thinking. I was like dude if u got a diamond u must know its no good. So he folds showing his cards. he had KQ black cards. He said if i checked he would have bet out the river. I was like yeah right. U cant play that bad can u?

3rd hand Well Now its killed. I get 107 off on the kill button. 5 to the flop. Flop is 337. Hmmm. Not bad. BB checks and I bet and all called. hmmmmm That doesn't help cant tell where I am at. Turn 7. BOOM!!!! Checks I bet all call. River A Checks I bet Mamma raises????? fold fold fold back to me. I think and decide re raise. She calls. And i showed my boat and she showed just a 3 and no idea what the other card was. Bamn nice pot.

4th hand: Killer I get 89 clubs. Flop comes 7 6 j with 2 clubs. Club draw and open ended?. I bet momma raises. fold and one calls and i decide to call. Turn 8h now it pairs one of my cards with the club draw and I still have a straight draw. River 9 ewwwww....... Now I got 2pairs. Ugly. now a 10 wins it with a straight. I say Check call. She still bets and I call. She shows Pocket AA. Booya what a way not to raise preflop with aces but can raise the flop.

5th hand: with 63 clubs still killed. 4 callers. flop is 478 one club. I check mamma bets we all call. Turn 5 clubs BOOM!!!!! I hit my gutty and got a club draw too. I check mamma bets One call, next fold fold I raise. River it pairs the board. I bet and call call. I showed my straight and its good!!!!!

Just a note the 6th hand i had 10 3 off, with the flop of a73 I folded to a bet but turns out turn was a 10 If i called to see the turn i would have won again. hehehehe. I think I played bad enough all ready.

After that got a bunch of small pairs that I called to see the flop but was no good. After another player left it was 6 handed and another player was getting ready to leave too, Soucho just told me to rack up and leave and I was like you know what thats a good idea. Im not good short handed like the superstar so lets not bleed to chips away. And I played to my BB and left.

Cache Creek My Last 3 Trips

Ok here is how my last three trips went I havent had much time to write it so im putting it all together in one large blog.

(1/10) 4/8 kill TP= -340 TT: 5 hrs
(1/10) 3/6 TP = -80 TT:1 hr?
(1/16) 4/8 kill TP = -100 TT 3 hrs.
(1/17) 4/8 Kill TP = +380 TT 6 hrs.

Overall a total swing of - 140 for the last three trips.

All I can say is when I run bad I run Bad! The first 2 trips I was not holding up at all. I must have gotten AK, AQ so many times those two night but not one of them held up. In fact I missed the flop completely and I was C betting and still got called down But I guess my mistake was not betting out the turn. I was told that it either make you or break you then. And since i just cbet and check the turn it gave the other players a chance to take over the hand from me. It just seem like i bleed all my money away. I must have raise kill pot alot with my cards but swing and a miss them all. So when your getting like AK or AQ and raising at least 15 times though out the night and miss them all your gonna run bad.

This part was written while I was at work. This was 1/16 trip.
I started off pretty good. I had KK against this aggressive lady. She capped pre flop with 64 she hit a 4 on the flop bets into me, I raise and she caps it. Turn she checks I bet and she calls and the river paired the middle card that was flop which was a 7. She bets out I called and it went show down I didn’t raise because there was 2 others in the hand also so I had no idea what they were drawing to but the Superstar was saying ur good.

I hit another big hand against her with QQ against her TT, but lost a stupid size pot where I should have realize she flopped it. I raise pre flop with AK and flop comes A34. She bets out I raise she reraise and it gets capped. Turn was a blank she bets I called. River K she bets I raise but she thought I only called and she showed her straight with 25 soooted. So she was nice enough just to call. So she left and I'm up around 90 bucks.

That’s when everything went down hill. I got 66 in the SB. Dealer button raises I called, flop comes ak6. I’m first to act so I was like, “check raise time”. So I checked but it gets checked around. I was like WTF????? Turn was a 7 or something, so I bet out and gets called and river was a J. I bet out he finally raise. But I was like u got a straight? Hit your set of JJ? I just call. He turn his cards over and showed KK for a flopped Set. Ouch!!! Wow he saved me money!!!

Then I proceeded to raise with AK AQ a lot and missed everything. I raise like at least 4 kill pots with those cards and miss everything. I C-Bet and still got called and turn I had to check. The Superstar was like you need to fire out again. The Turn is where you make or break your hand. Everyone knows that C-Bet is coming but when the turn comes to you and they still checking bet out and if they raise you can fold. If they call you can get a river card and check down.

One kill pot the superstar said I played really bad. I get AQos. I raised and gets called by the killer and another person. Flops come Q73 all hearts. Killer bets out other player called and I called. He said I need to raise there because he says I am ahead. I was like I don’t know. Turn another heart hits and the killer still bet out, other person calls I fold. The river blanks. Show time was killer had Ah JS so he hit the flush on the turn Santi said see your way ahead on the flop. But I was like even if I raise he still calling with the nut flush draw. He says regardless you don’t know and you need to maximize, what if the heart never came on the turn. You made it cheap for him to call. I could have controlled the hand and got a free river card. He may have checked to you on the turn and you get to see the river for free. And he bets then you could have folded. But I said well I save 8 bucks. He says if you don’t play it right then don’t play the hand.
It’s all about post flop plays. Well after that it just went worst and worst. I won some very small pots like 10 bucks and stuff but the big hands were all a swing and a miss. They had 2 tables running but by 9 o’clock the table was down to 4 handed and it broke.

It was a horrible night, I arrive with the superstar around 730 - 8pm. We sat at different tables and I ran so bad it wasnt even funny. The only positive was i feel like i played good, its just my cards didnt hold up. All I can say is seat 7 had my number all night, whoever sat there beat me so bad that you wouldnt even be able to recognize me if you saw me.

The first guy in that seat had me beat the whole time.

Four hands that he had all kill me and remember this is aces crack you shouldnt be raising with aces but he did.

AA > JJ

In each of these flop i had either flopped top pair or had a over pair. So it costed me money the whole time.

The second guy that sat there caught runner runner on me on almost every hand I rasied. It was like i feed him my chips and he passed it back out to everyone else on the table. I could not hold Up even if my life depended on it.

Since I have so many bad beats I will only talk about one hand where it wasnt really a bad beat.

I was just behind the whole way.

Well I went up to meet the Superstar and his friend at Jackson. His friend Todd busted out and was playing online tournaments even before I got there. Since this was my first time playing live NL i asked the Superstar for some basic bet numbers and type of cards that can be called since in Limit you can just only call either 4 or 8 but in no limit any hand could cost you your whole buy in. So the first real hand I played came in around 5 minute of sitting down. I got AK and I raised to 10. Got called by couple people and the flop comes all Middle cards dont remember what bet it was a 10 high flop. I cbet and got called by one player. Turn a Ace came, I bet 20 into the pot and got called. The river comes another Ace. I bet out 30 and he raised me another 50 more. I was like huh??? Did he boat up? so I made the call and turn out he was just trying to bluff me out of the hand. I don't even think he had anything he showed but i don't remember what he had. I was like in aww and thought wow so this is whats its going to be like. So that hand made me up about 100. I started to call alot of hands that shouldn't have. And cbet too much when I missed the flopped too. Things where it was costing me money. But I was still learning.

Next hand I won was on the BB with K5 off. it was limped around with about 4 to the flop. The flop come k54 , I thought well I better bet and not slow play this because someone with a better king my catch a better 2 pairs. So i bet out 15 into the pot. And got raised. I re raise back but i think i only min re raise because my numbers where all off. And he pushed all in. I call and showed my 2 pairs. He showed pocket AA. wow what a terrible no raise preflop. If he had raised i wouldn't even have called. Well the turn comes K and i got a boat and it holds up. Man Jackson players......... What can I say =)

The next hand I played was JJ. I was either BB or under the gun I don't remember. But i know I raised preflop to 15. And I got called by 3 Players. the flop comes AQJ. I bet out 30 and got called by one player. The turn is a 6, I bet 50 and he calls fast. The river comes 6 so that fulls me up. I quickly say 100 as the dealer had barely place the last card and he snapped called me even before i finish putting out my chips i was like oh oh does he have a better boat than me? I showed and he mucked his card. Wow Jackson casino players makes me wonder.

Lost a few hand that I thought I should have won but what can i say no respect for the super donk. Over all NL was very slow moving and makes you think. I have tons to learn still but it was fun.

O one final hand to mention. Q3 of clubs on the small blind. Forgot how many players limped in but i called for another buck. flop was something like 4c 8h 10c. i know there was a 4c for sure and 2 clubs on the board. I checked and player in seat 5 bets $5. Couple players called and I called. Turn was another miss for me. And he bets another 5 bucks. I was the only caller i believe. And river comes kc yes I got the second ut flush and i bet out about pot size which was like 40 bucks or so. The he proceds and say all in for another 65 i believe. I was like opps..... what did i get myself into I donk bet right into his nut flush??? 65 to call hmmmm what do I do???? I went into the tank for like what seem like forever. I looked at him.... I looked at the pot and tried to figure out how much i committed and is it worth calling???? I started to count out my chips.. Kept holding and thinking throw the chips in or my card..... and at the last possible moment i decided well there goes my my chips i call. And he showed pocket 44 for a flop set. WOW wow WOW..... flush hit on the river and i bet out and he push all in????? Jackson Casino players ........ WOW........ That's all i can say wow. If he bets like more on the flop I don't know if i can call but if he betted more on the turn i definitely couldn't call. but he made it cheap at 5 bucks to call that i did call. The Santi was like Huh and started laughing at me saying you went into the tank with the 2nd nut flush??? that should have been a easy call. if he had the nuts he had it but you cant lay down 2nd nut flush.

Well its all a learning nl game for me. Fun because I won but very hard to place correct bets and raises and with right cards to call with. That's all for now.... I'm thinking of heading to the creek on tues so wish me luck.

Well like I said I'm starting off anew. Got to the creek kind of early in the day, Sat around and played a little 3/6 till they opened up a new 4/8 kill game. Did OK i guess, I only did a 100 dollar buy in, normally i buy in for 200 but since i sat around on the 3/6 table i made a small buy in. I got into a hand in the BB with 4/6 hearts. Flop was all hearts and I played it aggressive where the flop was capped and I lead out the turn and river and just got called down by 2 other players. Lost the hand to the person playing under the gun with qh 2h . He said he thought i had the ace of hearts, There was a kh on the flop. Well what can i say? Then lost a monster kill pot. I was on the bb with KQSpades, couple limper so i raised. Four players to the pot. Flop comes KQ3 with 2 diamonds. I bet out and got raised by a momma, I reraised and she caps it. Hmmm did she flop a set? Turn was another diamond and i have none, so i checked and she bets. I called and we are heads up. River another Diamond the Ace. I was like wow I know i done for no diamond in my hand and I'm losing to anything now. I check and was debating if she bets i should fold. But it turn out she also checked too. Turn out she had pocket AA and hit a set on the river. No diamond either. But a set beats two pairs any day. I was like wow i was way ahead till the river. I wonder if i still bet out the turn will she still call? 3 diamonds on the turn and when the fourth diamond came out would she call??? If I bet? Then i remember this is cache creek they calling all the way.

A big hand I won was with KJ, About 5 players to the flop and the flop comes 9 10 q, I flopped the nut straight. Some one bets out and momma raised, now its on my i was debating her if i raise what are the chances of the other 3 players call? SB and BB may fold already to a raise so i might as well raise it up with the raiser. (maybe bad idea?) So i raised and player to my left called then fold fold and mamma reraised i was like alright..... Lets cap it. The guy next to me was like man i cant fold i got too much invested I cant lay this hand down. So either he flopped a set or he may be on a flush draw even flopped two pairs. Turn was a low card and mamma bets out. I was like for reals? Raise!!! the guy next to me thinks again and was like damn i know what you have but i cant lay it down i call and mamma re raised me back. WOW, i love it!! I capped it and the guy is all in so it heads up now. river another low card and no flush out there at all. Mamma bets out and i was like wow we either have the same hand or she over valuing her 2 pairs or set. So i decided just in case, lets raise it!!!! Then she decides to just call. I was like darn no more raise... She she shows her hand and its a j 8 for the ass end of the straight. I showed mine and for the nut straight and took down the pot. But she kept complaining that she had a straight and the dealer had to stop and show her that my straight was higher. I love Mommas. That hand gave me over a hundred dollar of their money pot. it was awesome. Well hopefully tonight or sat night I will be back to the creek. I was planning on tonight but the weather it horrible, I may have to wait till sat night to play.

Where has the Super Donk Been?????

Well its been a while since I last posted a blog. Since my last session I had two -$300 sessions, a + $100 session and two more -$ 300 sessions. Out of those plays only one of them i played bad because I went on tilt because of players sucking out on me left and right. It took a hit on my bank roll. To where i was using my own money again to play. It made me worry too much about should I be playing or not. But after talking to the superstar he just says it variance and i cant let it effect me. I took most of September off to recoup and get mentally prepared again. Played some more where i was getting positive results again. Played in Vegas and got raped even got into a yelling match at the Mandalay Bay because the dealer weren't controlling the game. Maybe I just have bad luck in Vegas.

Played some more where it was a positive $100 days and a couple negative days. But I was slowly turning it around. I even went back to the dreaded Capital Casino where i came out positive $280 for about 5 hours of play. Still felt like I'm playing too many non playable hands. That should be auto fold, But I guess that's why they call me the Super Donk. I fell back to donk betting too much. Stuff i need to work on.

My last two sessions were good. I think both time I up over $250 positive sessions. But still played bad. Cant seem to run good sometimes. YES THAT'S RIGHT I SAID I DON'T RUN GOOD. That's for the two people that know who i am and i play with them when ever i win a big pot. They like to rub it in on my about not running good.

Well I think over all for last year i must be in the positive $ 10 bucks. I'm going to try to post again now adays. But my job requires me to work 14 hour days. Sometime 7 days a week. But it sucks when you work in a little chinese restaurant serving customers all day.

This was bad. I felt like I was back at Capital Casino tonight. I got there around 820 and waited for a hour to sit down. And the first hand has me guess if i played it right or not. Im under the gun and get delt JJ. I raised and got called by 4 players. Flop comes 10 8 5 rainbow. The bb bets and I raised, all four players called. Turn comes 6. BB check, I bet and 2 players called and the BB folds. River 9, Now im thinking Im really dead. Any 7 gives them a straight and many possible chance for 2 pairs. I checked and the next player bets. Im thinking great is it worth calling? But the next player to act raises and im thinking ok he has the 7 i can fold. The other player calls and they showed down. The player who had bet had k8 and the raiser had k9. I sat there stun.... I had the best hand but i laid it down. But im sitting there thinking i did the right thing.

Over all I won a total of 4 hands, 3 of them from a kill pot. So i stayed alive for he most part. till a no limit player came down and sat at the table saying he just lost 400 at the no limit and hes going to come win it back here. Well he must have gotten at least 200 from me. He cracked everything I threw at him. AK loses to 57 with the flop of A68 turn j river 9.
kk loses to a2. Flop 10 5 3 turn q river A. He called me all the way down.
AQ loses to 44. Flop AQ7 turn 9 river 4. Wow that hand got me on tilt now.
Now keep in mind this is all the same player. I am 0 for 3 now against him.
Now this hand tilted me big time.
kk loses to 23of suit.
Flop ak6 I flop the second nut hand. Turn 5 river 4. He just called my bets too. and he showed his straight. I was on tilt now. It took almost everything i had to prevent myself from throwing a chip at him and jumping over the dealer and choking this fool out. I ve never seen a player sit there looking like he was the king of poker before now.

The next hand is one of my rare win for the night.
Super ass is the killer and im the dealer. It all folds to me and i Look down and see 1010.
I raise it hoping to get heads up with him. he calls and we see the flop heads up. Flop comes 10 43 with 2 diamonds. He bets i raise. he calls. Turn 4 he bets out again. I raised him again and he calls. river 7diamonds. Now im hoping he hit his flush or he slowed played his pocket 44. He checks and I bet out and he just looked at me and said well i know you dont have a 4 but i can only lose to pocket aces and im sure you wouldnt raise so that u can get them ckrack. I should raise you but I want you to stay at the table. Im thinking you fucking asshole. Dont you realize that your the Don and im the Solid player here???? So he calls and he flips over pocket KK. I showed him my boat and took down a nice pot. At that point it was just my 2nd win for the night.

When aces crack was over he had a good 400 in front of him.and im about even. I decided to play for one more hour but that was the worst call i ever made. About 30 min past midnight i get the dealer button and KK again. Of course I raised and when it got to him he said who raise?? Oh him? Thats a easy call then. Im think FUCK U KEEP THINKING THAT ASS IM GOING TO RUN YOU OVER WITH THIS HAND. Flop comes 823, he says i check my 2 pairs. I bet and he says you dont believe me huh... I raise. when he raised everyone threw away and it was just me. So i 3 bet it and he says cap. Turn was A. He says i check the best hand incase you have pocket aces. I bet he calls. River 10 he checks and says I raise any bet. I just Checked also and this time i waited for him to show his cards. He had 83 for 2 pairs. I mucked my cards and start steaming.

well it couldnt get any worse tonight. I got called down by any two cards and i was getting owned by this played in seat 5. After my fourth beat by this player i started to tighten up so much that even a nit plays loser than me. One hand that tilted me was 22 on the small blind. I called and it was 4 players to the flop. j42 rainbow hits and i checked. Big blind bets and seat 5 raises, One player folds and I rasied it up also. It got called by both players. Turn was a J and i got a boat i bet. big blind folds. Player 5 thinks about it and said im stupid to call but why not. River J. It all but killed my hand. I checked and seat 5 check i showed my busted full house. And he showed 10 4 for a bigger full house. I cant believe it. Called me all the way down with 10 4 off. Thats how it went all night AK gets ran down... Flop sets loses to runner runner straight or flushes.

I pretty much know now that i cant handle Capital players at this point of my game. I need to be able to play better and not tilt when they sucked out on me everytime.

I keep rethinking about what had happen...... All i can say is that it could have been prevented. If I was smart enough I would have waited till the river card came and for him to show his cards. Since i called him he would have had to show his cards first. I dont know..... if he wasnt since a dumbass and knew about the jackpot all he had to do was place his card down face up and said nice hand..... Or if He really didnt know about the bad beat and just thought oh i got caught bluffing with my qq and he has quads and muck his hand with out ever showing us all his cards this would have never happen. I would have never knew he had qq and i would not be so damn worked up. All i know is this was a once in a lifetime chance.... IF I WAS ONLY SMARTER I WOULD HAVE JUST WAITED TO SEE HIS CARDS FIRST. Stupid me....

All I can say is.... It was in my hands.........The Bad Beat Jackpot....... A8 I was the Killler. Flop AA3. Player Bets I called. I notice he had 5 bucks left i asked are you going all in?? He says yes. So turn card comes 6 He push his money in i called it and i said whats your kicker....I only have a 8 kicker. I showed my cards waiting for him to show his. River Ace......... HUH???? I guess he wanted to go all in on his last hand. I turn to talk to the guy next to me and said i was worried he had a better kicker. He shows his card holding them out ward we all see QQ. I looked back down on the deck to see if i was holding a jackpot hand. As i looked down he set the cards face down and for about 3 sec. Everyone looked stun.... The guy to my right said wait what are you doing???? I looked back up and i see Phan the dealer picking up the cards and throwing them into the muck. All hell breaks loose. I kept saying what the hell!!!! Phan said call jim and see if he will pick back up the cards. Jim comes over and We all tell the same story. he says ok i will accept it but security must be able to see his hand. 30 min goes by i see a guy in a suit come speed walking up. He talks to jim. Jim annouce as of right now the hand is considered dead because the cameras could not see the card he was holding up before he mucked his cards. THe guy in the suit says just wait he will go through the tapes himself. Turn out he is the head management for swingshift. He runs the whole casino floor. He says he has the power to over turn it if he can see in the tape that when he held the hand up it was qq as he says. 20 min comes by and he tells me Sorry he played the tapes over and over. from the angle he saw he could not see the card at all. Dead Hand!!!! I just want to cry so bad....

Capital my favorite losing hell hole. Its was 1AM and I slept most of the day and sincei had to wake up at 7 for work i decided to try my luck again. i was place in the 4/8 game but never wona hand till i was place into the kill game. I played for 2.5 hours and had aces 3 times and they held up every time. Never had that happen to me before.
Cant remember too much because imtired now but here are the results.

Today started off bad. I thought it would be a good day because i had the santi to my right which i love it because usually if he raise i dont see a flop unless i have a mid pocket pair or higher or a min of AQ unless i get my famous Q10 suited then i will play it because its my favorite hand in the whole wide world. But It started off with KK and i got ran down with a girl i had played with before and she floped a open ended straight draw. She hit it on the river. nothing i can do really. She was in it to the end. The night got worse when The santi says a female player who had join at the table is a agressive loose player had join the table. And she started to hit ever hand possible with any 2 cards. No card where bad enough to call and raises or if she wanted to raise with them also and what ever the flop was she would raise any one who bets out and she would some how end up the winner.

But as the frustration mounted the cards finnaly started to turn for me and I was finnally able to hold up. All i can remember was my last two hand i played in a row.

Q10 Spades My favorite hand... I limped in and saw the flop. flop was Q 10 9 rainbow. Under the gun bet from seat one player in seat 2 calls I raised from seat 3 all fold to seat one who just calls. And seat 2 calls. Turn 5 s Check Check I bet and Call from seat one and Seat 2 folds. Head up and river a 4 hearts Seem harmless but seat one bets out?????? I made the call and he showed j 8 off for the flopped straight. All I can say is thanks for saving me money.

My last hand was a scary one. under the gun did a live 8 and i looked down to see pocket 99. I raised 3 callers called, under the gun made it 4 to go and i capped it. Flop is QJ9. Under the gun bets i raised, Player to my left reraised momma in 6 calls seat one calls, under the gun caps it. Seat 4 is all in. He had me worried because he may have flopped a straight or a higher set. Turn is 8. Check to me which i bet and 3 callers. River is 7 which was one of the worse card for me to see. QJ987 board has me pretty dead now with anyone with a 10 for a straight. So it got checked around and I showed my set of 9 which took down the whole pot. 2 players had top pair seat one had pocket 8 for a set and i have no idea what seat 2 had.

Over all for about 8 hours of play +299

Total = 30.5 hours of play + $395

This was a nothing but a frustrating day. I got place is a super aggressive table. Where they would cap preflop and flop before showing down. But it seem like if I had AK the flop would be low cards or if i had mid pocket pairs the flop would be all face cards. So I ended the day at a lost.

-$99 for 7 hours.

Total + 22.5 hours for $96

This was a Horrible day. I could not run at all..... I was getting beautiful cards but got run down all night.

So Ive been really busy lately and I cant update my blog at work because they have it blocked so i finnaly have some time to update it. It hasnt been pretty. My playing has been alwful. Just not running good. Soi will post my results as they went.

4/8 kill= +$265 for 9.5 hours of play. (once i figure out my average BB per hour i will add it in.)

Im not going to post much hands today because i really cant remember too much. So i need to start remembering my hands better. In fact i cant remember any hands at all except I had quad 4 one hand. Played my top set wrong and didnt maximize my profit right (because I played scared on that hand) I think overall I played one hand correct and thats when i checked raised someone when i hit the nut straight on the turn. Well I wish i could say more but i really cant remember much. But I think tommorrow after work im going to go play at the creek from 6 to 10. Just a short session unless im running bad like normal and I will stay till 12 am which im hoping to avoid.

For some of you may know Ive been playing poker for sometimes now. But ive havent really kept a tally or report of how i play. Some days i play good, somes days I play bad. Truthfully some say its just the way the cards turn out but in all honestly its just bad mistakes on my playing the way I do. Just recently Ive decided to play poker to win not to play poker just to play poker. I feel that i know the game pretty well. And that i should be coming out a winner evertime. But the old me still pops back up and the "Super Donk" goes throwing money away and bleed his chips out to all the other players. Yes sometimes I win a huge pot by playing like a donk but most time those chips get spread back out to all the other players that donk their chips away. So now ive decided to get rid of the super donk image and play solid poker.

For me Im lucky to have a friend who can just verbally abuse me for playing like a dumb ass. He know his game and he is growing to be a very very good limit player. Some of you may know him. He goes by the name Santi, Nik Santi the 4/8 superstar. He runs so good that a bad night of poker is only coming up a $100 for 6 hours of playing. He is my poker advisor. He tells me things painfully truthful. I know i have leaps and bounds before i can reach his status of playing but in all honestly I can never play his style. He plays to maximize his profit and I should too but its just the little diffenrence in style of play that I dont think I can ever reach that point. But with the santi givivng me reminders of correct play and very very stupid plays i do. I can slowly stop my old style of play and start being a poker winner.

So with this and just continuly playing poker to improve myself. One day People will stop calling the 4/8 super donk and respect me as a player who know his game. So today I will log in the hands can remember and post my profits or losses while I try to improve myself to the point of being a winning Poker player.
